I made my first purchase from Signwin Dispay approximately two years ago and everything was perfect. Quality and Great Customer Service matters to me and I want spend money with a company that does not offer both.

My order was lost and your company did not realize until the expected delivery date had passed. You hadn't even started production by my requested delivery date. When I reached out for an update, I was informed you had also lost the artwork I uploaded. I was told that I was going to be charged an extra fee for expedited production and delivery if I wanted to receive my order days after I was originally promised it would be in my hands. Luckily you came to your senses and decided to not charge me due to your error. Even with the expedited production and shipping, I am not going to receive my order in time for the event I needed it for and my boss is upset with me. Overall, I am EXTREMELY disappointed with my experience!

Bought a 10 X 10 display for an upcoming trade show. Had issues uploading my graphic so paid the additional $500 to have a design team help. not much was changed with original design just a cleaner version. At first when applying the design team help they wanted to charge an additional $100 in shipping...which was odd as the design team wasn't being shipped to me at all but was helping me digitally. They did offer a free shipping code after I questioned this. Working with the design team was fast and non eventful. I received, my order in 2 separate shipments one of the display cloth and the frame came a week later (this is important). Because the terms agreed to is that you will report any discrepancies in your order within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Finally found the time to put up the display and the banner and iPad stand don't look anything like the approved photos...just mostly blank navy and no logo at all! I reached out to support who directed me to the aforementioned 24 hour policy. Okay, that will conclude my business with this company and I will NOT send anyone else to them.

Alexa was amazingly proactive in getting my order processed -- and perfectly, at that -- in time for an upcoming tradeshow. The quality of work and customer service was perfect! I've been a Marketing Director for a good number of years and can deeply appreciate this level of customer service.

This booth is amazing and fairly easy to setup. It looks absolutely fantastic! I was a bit frustrated when I was trying to connect with someone over the weekend after I placed my order on Friday. The website says there is someone available to chat 24/7 but then when I used the chat feature it sent me a message that said they would email a response within 2 hours. I never received a message so I called and left a voicemail. I did not hear from anyone until my rep responded via email on Monday saying that they were only available M-F 9am to 5pm. I would suggest updating your messaging so people do not panic like I did when I could not reach anyone. Other than that - everything was excellent, and my booth came very quickly!
