Placing my graphics onto the displays…
Placing my graphics onto the displays and signs is something that I can’t do. I don’t know the scale or the fit. To change me to do that was like selling me a tire and changing me to put air in it. It’s part of the process. I found a competitor who is working with me to get this right and look professional for $500 less than you charged. I feel confident that I will get a good quality product and not be over charged and add ons to the project. You lost this customer for this project and any further projects.

Our apologies that our ordering process did not work out for you. However, it is clearly shown with every product that we sell on our website that graphic design is an additional service that you must purchase for design assistance. Since you did not purchase our graphic design services, we are not obligated to provide this service for you - it is unfortunately not free and it's unfair of you to demand it to be when we had informed you as it is clearly stated on our website.
Secondly, it is also stated on our website that it is your responsibility to send the design in an acceptable printing file format - which you did not. If you were not able to create the design to our requirements, then your options were to either hire our design service or an external designer of your choice. You went with neither option, therefore the final results cannot be blamed on us. Once again, we are sorry that we could not meet your expected deadline, and wish you the best in future endeavors.
Great display at a reasonable price
We used the design service to order our 10x10 setup and they were great. The team helped make our design come to life.

Looks great!
The product was what I expected! Looks wonderful and can’t wait to use it. However, would like suggestions for what to use inside to make sure it doesn’t get knocked over since it’s only a light frame.
The unexpected boarder duty was not appreciated since had to pay $500 to ship to Canada. The least they could have done was pay the $42 to cross boarder!

Hi Kristy, thank you for taking the time to write us a review. Our N-Shaped Archway is one of our newer products and unfortunately does not come with anything to hold it down. We would suggest getting sandbags or weights to hold it down.
We only offer free ground shipping within the US, and it is stated on our website that Signwin is not liable for any import taxes & duties.

Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. While they were quick to replace a graphic that they had mistakenly added a zipper for a TV cord (there was no TV on that panel), trying to get a graphic that had shelf mounting holes in the wrong spot was impossible. I sent photos of the issues along with detailed descriptions. Phone calls and emails went unanswered, and when I did get through, I was put on hold for over 20 minutes, to which I finally hung up. Now I am left with an incomplete display stand and an upcoming show. Would not recommend.
5/15/24 Update
As of today, Signwin has not resolved this issue or even reached out to me to correct it. I have left voice messages and sent emails, with no response. While they issue nice apologies to poor reviews, they do nothing to correct the issue. I have written off Signwin and any hopes of getting this problem corrected.
