They charge 5% cancellation fee!
Before purchasing and submitting artwork I called to speak with someone about this - they told me we could make as many changes to our art, and would have no issues with cancelling. Now we are being told they're taking a 5% fee for cancelling - I wish they had been honest and up-front when I called to ask about this.

Great quality!
I was skeptical about the quality of the display backdrop given that we had a gradient and a transparency over a photo in our background — but the quality of the graphic output was AMAZING. I couldn't believe it. The gradient printed perfectly and the screen over the image did too. No loss of quality at all and the text and image were both crisp and clear. Well done!!!
