I placed a order mid April and still haven’t gotten an email about being shipped only received an email saying they received my order when I placed it. I only ordered one item. This is ridiculous! Ship my order please!

Just filed a complaint with the BBB. Never received what I paid for. Scam, fraud, and the absolute worst customer service ever! Save your money.... Or shop with Marley lily! ❤❤❤❤❤

Don’t waste your time with these guys. Placed an order in mid April for my wife for Mother’s Day, website ensured 5-7 business days for delivery. Then AFTER I placed the order received notice that it could be 2 weeks. When 2 weeks came and passed, I sent inquiry about my order. Yesterday (5/4) was notified that it hasn’t even been PROCESSED yet and may be ANOTHER 4-5 weeks. So much for a Mother’s Day gift. Had to scramble for an Amazon order that can guarantee delivery and actually not lie to you about it. Do NOT order from these guys if you need a timely delivery.
TERRIBLE customer service by the way... they don’t reply to you individually, the responses by email are automated.

I will NEVER do business with this company again. Was told to send pictures of incorrect size item I got and was told they would make it right. I have emailed and emailed about this no response and still haven’t received correct item. I’ll take my business elsewhere along with everyone I know who uses this company will take business elsewhere as well. Horrible customer service. Lesson learned!!!

Not only are the company's practices horrible...the owner is prejudice! Yes, I said it PREJUDICE! I have been a Swag Bag subscription member for serval years and she went LIVE on Instagram earlier this week and she totally ignored my question 4 times!! She read every single comment except mine. She read the comments all around mine. It was almost comical how she would skip over my comment. And this isn't her first time doing so. Yes, my picture is my profile picture. I went to fb because her husband was answering questions there. I posted a question and I mentioned that she ignored my Instagram comments, he immediately read it out loud. Then she says, please post it again,I didn't see it. BS, she knew exactly what she was doing. Why bother reading a comment from the Black woman! Let me continue to give shout outs and read the comments of my non Black shoppers. I have canceled my subscription and I promise to never ever order anything from their site.

After over a year of subscription boxes, I have now cancelled my subscription after having to complain 2 months in a row to get them to do anything. The payment for my April box came out on the first, and there is supposed to be a 5-7 day turn around. It's now the 24th, and it hasn't even shipped. I didn't get my March box until I repeatedly complained on facebook.

Been waiting on my order for 3 months, still unfulfilled. Took forever to finally get a response back. Did not get any monograms, requested cancellation and a refund, but they refuse. Will never order from here again!

I want to cancel my order. This is taking forever to receive the site say 5-7 days and when email them it say 4 weeks. Never again will I order from here.

If I could leave no stars I would. I placed my order on March 1st. Its now April 22nd and my order still shows unfulfilled on their site. I've emailed them several times and each time Kayley apologizes for the delay and tells me I will be receiving my tracking info shortly and it never happens. Do not order from this company. They took my money and I still have no products.

Ditto Heather. My ordered items are not monogrammed so they should have been sent fairly fast. The site states 3-5 or 5-7 business days, my first email to them they state 10 business days, now it's 15 business days. I've never ordered from a company that takes your money prior to shipment. They seem to find the time to post selfies on facebook, when they should be fulfilling their customers orders.

I've been a mono box subscriber for over a year. Twice I have received the following months box before the prior had even been processed. I have also made many purchases from their site. Some arrived within a reasonable amount of time, others took a little longer. I am currently waiting for an ordered to be be fulfilled that I placed on MARCH 13 (it is now April 22). I have emailed several times regarding shipping (especially because they have taken my money but can not ship or even fulfill orders within a reasonal amount of time). My mono box for April (which is my last mono box, I will not order from I Love Jewelry again) is showing as fulfilled and I got an email with shipping info. I over looked the issue the first and second time, but it is now over a month on my order. Not to mention, i have recieved an order i placed AFTER the March 13th order. Poor and unacceptable service. Thank you for the items I have received, but it's not worth the hassle. **UPDATE its now 5/6 and I have not received my order**

Dont waste your money! Was a member for 4 months and everything i received was very cheaply made and very cheap material. I am a true medium size and thats what i ordered and it is all huge! Took way to long as well to receive! Cancelled my membership and of course cannot return anything. Totally unhappy with this company

Worst company ever. They sent my order to my email address instead of a mailing address. Then when it was returned did it again. It’s been a month. Will not refund my money. Do not order from them. Order locally.

I have ordered from this company for almost 3 years now and I love love love everything I have got from them I also ordered things for my oldest daughter also.

I have been ordering from this company for two years and I love it! The clothes are soft and monogram is always on point! I receive the MonoBag every month and it's always here by the second week of the month. The only thing I would love to see are XSmalls. The shirts run alitte big on me but I sport them anyhow!!!

I've purchased a few times before, but not more because their sizing is off alot and not consistent. A few things I've lost my money on because they were monogrammed... And I couldn't pass them on because of this. They need more accurate sizing when it involves their clothes.

To the most recent situation...
I purchased a pair of monogram shoes almost two months ago. They still hadn't arrived and I hadn't received any communication. After reaching out twice through their chat I received a standard we're running behind, but they should be shipping anytime. Then miraculously I received an email that they didn't even have the shoes they'd sold me and were trying to get more from their vendor but couldn't.

So now I'm out of my shoes they never had to begin with, my coupon code I used on them, and just a return on my money.

Pretty poor business that it took me to reach out after so long of not receiving my shipment for them to actually communicate they never had them to begin with.

All of the clothes are adorable, high quality. The mono box is such a great deal and the shipping is always very fast for me! I love all the items i have received so far and look forward to it, every month !

Placed order Feb 20th nothing to be monogrammed , several emails later and back and forth with their response was you didn’t include you monogram initials. Once again I told them nothing was to be monogrammed . So disappointed with this company . Took money day one and order still isn’t fulfilled . I will make sure everyone I know knows not to order from them as to we all order from a lot of online stores weekly. Such a joke . It is not ok to take people’s money right away and no fulfill items or have your crap together to see I didn’t need anything monogrammed so turn around should been as STATED on site period .

I love their items but because of their non-existent customer service had to cancel my subscription. So sad.
