A friend sent me a pair of pajamas as a gift and since then I've purchased 5 more pairs! They are the most comfortable pajamas that happen to be adorable too.

I just received my first order and absolutely love it all.
Love the duck boots that have some quilting inside so will be great for cooler days whereas my others I already have do not. I did order tops a size up if they offered To make sure of fitting and they were great but the ones that I could only get in true to my size were fine as well. Also love, love, love my monogrammed ring set. Can’t wait to get my next order That is in route! Put some light in this gloomy day of difficult times for this cancer patient that is definitely staying home!

Not happy with this company! My order took longer than it should have and when I was finally notified of it being processed and shipped I was told all items I had ordered were included NOT TRUE! I recieved my package today and the handbag I ordered (the one thing I truly wanted) is stamped store credit and not included in my package! I try to get on the website to reorder another bag but there is not store credit option so I again would have to pay for a bag that I may not receive! Unbelievable and customer service is POOR! Not going to go over well if I'm out the money they have already been paid for the handbag I ordered mid February!

I ordered a bag on March 1st (not monogrammed). Told it takes 7-10 business days to “process”. I’ve sent numerous emails checking on status and get an auto response. Totally unprofessional. Took my money on day 1. still no bag. They are a joke of a “company”. Do not Oder from them!

Bought one of the monogram guitar strap bags and within 8 days it was falling apart already. Thank

I purchased the monogram leopard purse in January and did not receive until March! And to top it off my monogram was all wrong and the company sent some chipper response...sorry for the confusion...ha! No response in the way of how my situation could be resolved. Beyond frustrated right now!

I was nervous after reading reviews that the items I ordered would arrive several weeks after ordering or would not be great quality. I am SO glad i went ahead and ordered. Everything just arrived today two weeks after I placed my order and I received several emails over the last 2 weeks updating me on its progress. Items all fit me very well and the monograms are good quality stitch work. I will say i took the advice from the reviews and ordered a size up, I am usually a small and all the medium items (the beach smocked pants, razor back tank top, and jumpsuit) fit me perfect. Very flattering. Super excited to wear my items this Spring!!!

Just like the most recent reviews, I purchased some items on Jan. 16th in hopes of getting it by Valentines Day. Very poor customer service when inquiring about the order. As of today, still nothing from them yet they had no problem taking my money. Maybe they will arrive in time for Mother’s Day! I didn’t think I was ordering a custom built car when I place the order. If you plan on using this outfit, order now for Christmas gifts and perhaps you may get it in time. Very frustrated right now.

Ordered a large monogrammed shirt it arrived in the mail I tried it on and fits like a small was very disappointed that I wasted money on it.

Worst Experience . 2 plus months for an inferior product. Cheap material. No response and no way to leave a message. Recording says call back, can’t leave a message. Will never purchase anything again. Hire some help

Ordered a shirt, among multiple other items, and the shirt had faint ink plastered across both sides. I emailed, told them about the problem. That same day they emailed back requesting pics, so I sent them. The same day another email stating it would be sent out that day. 10 days later I received it. 2 stars bc of them fixing issue. Clothes run way smaller then their size chart and quality of products (bags, jewelry, and clothing) just isn't there. 😞 it's like dollar general stuff made to be expensive just bc of monograms. Not pleased at all.

I absolutely love their stuff but you cannot actually get an order with any consistency. If you do not receive something ordered, you will not get somebody to assist you to make sure it gets resolved. They do not respond and keep your money and your product.

Customer service is a joke. Never give the correct time frame on their items. We will NEVER purchase again and I will be disputing with my credit card company. Sorry excuse for a business.

Honestly, they don't deserve even one star. Customer Service is absolutely ridiculous. I do love their merchandise but service suck no matter how you put it. You cannot call, chat, email or anything without getting the run-around. Once you do get someone ONLY BY PHONE CALL, they are rude and snappy to you. I have had the Monobox over a year now and I'm an XL I've always been XL, last August I got a 3x (which of course swallowed me whole) so I called and finally got them to send me a new one Free FINALLY... She kept making it out like it was my fault that the size changed... You literally cannot change your size unless you cancel and restart. So how did I do it! Then the next month was fine, next month and so on... Here we are Jan 2020 and I get a damn SMALL... Please please tell me how I went from 3X to Small??? So can you imagine the disappointment when you are excited for your items then BAM it doesn't fit!! 😡😡😡 It's like giving candy to a child then taking it away again. It HURTS. So now I am on hold for the last 20 min after 2 failed chats and 10+ emails to cancel my account. FOR GOOD.

Company takes too long to ship items, horrible customer service/communication. Never responds to messages/emails or answer phones. Keeps sending me two monoboxes every month and charging me for them even after being contacted about.

Ordered a necklace 10 weeks ago.... never received it. Took my money tho.

I have purchased the monogram swag bag and I wanted to change the size before they ordered it but they said they couldn’t . They took the payment out on the first and I have yet received it as of today yet so don’t see why they couldn’t change the size for this month. When you email customer service they don’t respond and when they do it’s short . Also sizes each month are not true to size for certain items . Not very happy.

Absolutely terrible customer service!!! My order was wrong but since it was monogrammed I couldn’t send it back to be corrected. I will never shop on this site again
