Absolutely horrible customer service, no responses to several emails I sent the clothes must be made in China because an extra large is like a medium do not order from this company

This was my first time ordering from I Love Jewelry and it will definitely be my last time. It literally took over a month for my item to be delivered. I inquired about the status of my item twice and each time received a generic email stating my order has not been processed. I called numerous times and never seemed to get a representative live. When I finally did reach a representative they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then proceeded to explain they had issues with my order and that’s why there is a delay on my order. NEVER did she apologize for the delay or for being inconvenience. NEVER did I receive a updated email explaining they had issues with my order and to expect delays. I Love Jewelry has horrible customer service and I will never use them again for monogrammed pajamas!

I subscribed to the monthly swag bag and I love it! I get a surprise every month. Although some of the items run a little small all have been so cute!

I ordered an item. 3 months later i was informed it was out of stock. I was issued a code to use for credit, which did NOT work. I have sent a few emails and keep getting the run around. How come they don't issue a refund automatically? It isnt the customers fault YOUR company ran out of an item. The least you could do is issue a credit. I never give a company a poor rating. It sadens my heart. All i wanted was my money refunded. :(

I ordered my wife a mothers day mug. I paid extra for both expedited delivery and gift. It took over 30 days to arrive and instead of arriving in a decorative gift box it arrived, sandwiched between 2 pieces of Styrofoam, held together with 1 piece of tape. Customer service is non-existent, unless you threaten to cancel your order. You can get the same products from other websites. Please, avoid this website at all cost. They are thieves in disguise.

Have ordered several times from this company....Just received the Liberty Dress, I usually wear a large, ordered the XL because of the reviews(runs small) This dress is so tight I could barley get it over my boobs...now im stuck w a dress that has my initials on it....Will not be ordering anything any time soon.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would! I ordered 2 shirts that did not have monogram on April 19th. Over a month later still no shirts and they will not respond to any of my emails. I called my bank and disputed the charge and got my money back. Thankfully my bank is great and i don't have to deal with this horrible company anymore!

I am so disappointed. I have ordered from I Love Jewelry in the past and have always been very pleased with my items and their quality. However, I placed an order almost a month ago and have heard nothing. When I placed the order, it said my order might take up to 15 business days to ship. We are well past that. I ordered this item for a personalized gift, and now I will not receive it in time. I have sent three e-mails inquiring about it and have heard nothing back. My first e-mail triggered an automated response that said I would hear back within 48 hours. That was six days ago, and I have not heard anything and have sent two unanswered e-mails since then. I understand that things may be going a little more slowly due to our current circumstances, but I would just like for someone there to acknowledge my inquiries and give me some idea when I can expect my item. I continue to see ads, get e-mails and even saw a facebook live a couple of days ago from this company. So, there are people there working and continuing to try to sell products. A little individual customer service to loyal customers would go a long way.

I ordered a Mermaid Surprise box with a monogram which took about five weeks to receive. Once I received it, the three items in the box were not mermaid related at all. The wrap has an arrow print. I sent them a picture of the item and they said that it was what I was supposed to received. I wrote back reminding them it was supposed to be mermaid theme and it not what I got. I have yet to receive a response. I am very disappointed.

Love their products. All the pajamas are super soft.

Dissappointed! I ordered two of the April 2019 towel wrap monobox asked to have them personalized. One of them was supposed to be a birthday gift for my sister, I received both orders and there were no monograms! I have sent an email on Thursday the date I received my package. By the way it took over a month to receive this order which I didn't mind as I thought it would take longer to received since they had to personalize with monograms but to my surprise neither one of them was monogramed. This is what sold me! I'm waiting to hear back from them as I would like to get a refund or even better get the products with monogram as I originally requested. I'll wait to see if I hear back from them in hopes that they know about customer satisfaction, no excuse with this pandemic, customer satisfaction should always be key!

The quality, the softness and stylish choices arriving in my mail box each month is a celebration. I can't brag enough to my friends to start receiving their own happy mail form a company that knows how to make customers happy.

Never disappointed in my items and look forward to showing them off❤️❤️❤️

Ordered almost 6 weeks ago and nothing shipped or received. I have called many times, no answer, I've emailed 4x, no reply (only automated), I've asked for a refund, no reply. They do have time to send me marketing emails and texts, but not make my order or reply to my inquiries.DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING

I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order a month ago and have received nothing. I’ve called multiple times, sent multiple emails and comments/messages on Facebook...NOTHING. This is despicable behavior. How dare you guys misrepresent your company? I will place a report to the BBB

Just received my order today! Well worth the wait! Yes, the shipping took a little longer than expected but we are also going through unprecedented times with this pandemic so we should all be understanding. I purchased the pink pajamas with black trim and they are soooo soft and comfy! I am currently wearing the black jogger with black trim and it is super comfy and flattering, even! I have already ordered more from ILJ! Thank you!

They don’t even deserve 1 star. I ordered a sweater without monogram to get speedy shipping and I have still NOT RECEIVED my order. Can not get ahold of anyone at the company. They have not responded to my email and can’t get through via phone. Very disappointed. Could be a scam?! Buyer beware!

I placed an order April 15 and still haven’t received my order. I was told it would ship out in 7 days! The only response I have received is a computer generated response stating someone will get back to me in 48 hours. No one has replied to my emails! Never again will I order from this company!!!!
