Never have I been more disappointed in a company. No method of contacting HydroLite is getting a response. Not chat, not the "Contact Us" page, nor email. They will respond if ask a question that makes them believe they will get a sale though. I would have held off on my review if I got to speak with someone from support. They also screen the reviews on their web page. It will show in your browser, but be hidden from everyone else. The unit was fine the first and second day without needing a charge but I charged it anyway on the second evening and resumed use during the day. The device started to blink when in use by mid day which the manual stated this is indication that the battery was low, which is odd since it just lasted two days without any indication of being low. I charged it again and noticed a faint blue and red light coming from the unit when not in use, and it was also not responding to button presses. I flipped the unit over and gave it a few taps against my hand. The light went out and it started to work again. Came back a few hours later only to find the light was on again and it was not responding. Single quick button presses started it into cleaning mode instead of hydrogen generation mode. I got it to work one last time but the battery was saying low again. I charged it one last time overnight and now the button will not turn it on at all. I have only used the unit for about 4 days before it stopped working completely on the 5th day. I have a lot of pics and video, but the one shows a blue light a long with the red light indicating charging. Both should not be on. Blue light would never turn off until the unit stopped working all together.

Product is very misleading and is using unauthorized videos for advertising. I tried to cancel my order and no response from website, email, Facebook or Instagram. I just want my money back and want nothing to do with the product if it ever makes it to my doorstep. Terrible customer service and not genuine. This seems to be what this company does and this is not a Canadian product as it would be coming directly from China.

Received my product 2 weeks ago, worked for a week now doesn’t work. Lights turn on randomly and water droplets coming out of the charging port. Customer service non existent. They also don’t reply to emails or messages on instagram. Avoid this company like the plague unless you want to be over £100 out of pocket

ordered the bottle only to find it ships from CHINA!!
2 months later it was delivered to the wrong state and left on some random doorstep supposedly. cannot get any response to 4 emails i have submitted to their "contact us" system/Horrible goine to have my CC dispute the charges

I ordered a bottle on the 13th for my husband for Christmas but never received any information about a shipping date or even an estimate. I emailed them a couple of times and didn’t hear back. I then posted in their Instagram account asking the same thing. A few hours later my message was deleted. I then asked on the same post if anyone else had had any issues after I read some other bad reviews. Another person said they ordered two before Thanksgiving and haven’t received theirs or heard back after multiple attempts at emailing them. A few hours later their Instagram account went away and now it’s back but I am blocked. I have no way to cancel my order or get any information for a $150 water bottle. I totally understand the busy shipping season and longer than normal wait times but zero communication is not ok and based on the many other complaints, seems to be a much larger problem. I wish I had done my research prior to purchasing.

I have placed a order online. The price was different after I purchased. I emailed asking about this with no reply. I have also noticed that after a week there has been no movement on my shipping. I have emailed again asking and no reply.

I have had the bottle a week and it leaks out through the on button. It started to leak rust coloured water and now it doesn’t charge up anymore. I have sent messages & emails claiming my warranty and I am getting no replies. I think it’s time to move on and to complain online about the $250 scam. Not good enough!

I bought this hydrogen bottle on the basis it would give me 3000 parts per billion mine is only doing 960 parts per billion I've tried to contact the company but they do not respond so either my bottle is faulty or their literature is wrong very disappointed my order number was# 5079

I ordered two bottles on a Black Friday sale.

I’ve been charged for the bottles, received no order information or confirmation. Literally nothing to track the order I don’t even know if it’s gone through. I raised this with customer service, they gave me an email that no one responded to. I reached out on social media, and they have not gotten back to me.

Absolute disgrace of a company as this stage I want my money back and would prefer the order cancelled. But I can’t get a hold of anyone at this shambles of an organisation

Bottle took over a month to arrive, leaked from the beginning. Then after about a week the device wouldn't charge anymore. Customer service is appalling... I've emailed every day for 3 weeks and no resolution. They will not refund.... do not use this company.

I ordered the Hydrolite Water Bottle in early August. When it didn’t arrive after a month, I reached out to them. They said they were overwhelmed with orders. Ok, I will wait. Another month passes, no update. I reach out again and the customer service rep is not very helpful. Finally, I got a package from them on November 16. I open it up and it is just the base of the hydrolite! No bottle, no charging cable, no instructions. I’ve paid €135 for a useless piece of plastic!!! Terrible experience. I only hope I can get my money back at this stage. There are so many other water hydrolyzing companies out there, I’m sorry I picked this one!!! They clearly don’t know what they are doing from a supply chain or customer service perspective.

Great bottle,I use 4-5 times a day. As for feeling results.... I don't know if they're supposed to kick in noticeably immediately or build up over time. What I have noticed is that ordinary tap water tastes better once processed.

Was skeptical after seeing these reviews post-purchase but the bottle arrived today and it's a genuine, branded, very well-put-together product. Beautifully packaged and presented (so good for gifting). Can't attest to the effects of the water yet but the bottle itself is a quality article. Just make sure you are ordering from the correct website and not a dupe.

The product is good and deserves 5 stars but the customer service is highly incompetent. I don’t believe there is a team of experienced professionals running the show. I purchased a total of 9 bottles and protective sleeves back in September. To this day November 16 I have not received the correct color of sleeves I chose and paid for despite being promised numerous times. Some bottles came in crushed dismantled boxes resulting in the glass being broken on one of them and a second one was leaking. I sent multiple pictures and videos. I requested for these two broken non functioning bottles to be replaced and 3 weeks ago got an email stating I would have to pay $35 shipping for the broken bottle . I replied with questions and an explanation and resolution. Nobody has responded. I emailed again asking for a manager to contact me or to be refunded for the broken and faulty bottles and no one has responded from customer service. Customer service is more important than the product and I would return all of them if I could. Although friends and family are impressed with the product and we’re planning to buy it for themselves they have decided not to based on my customer service experience.

I don't see any bubbles when the Hydrolite is turned on. Supposedly that indicates hydrogen is being added to the water. Does this mean it simply isn't working?

they are unscrupulous bigots. they don't answer your email, they don't PROVIDE a phone number, they do dropshipping from China, very poor quality product, AVOID THIS GHOST COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
So, to reply at your reply, stop freacking lying, you sell a low cost product, you extracharge people for it, as you can see the other comments, this bottle is a poor quality China made, why dont you have your name on the bottle? I’ll tell you, because there are other companies selling the same product and bottle design at almost half the price!

bottle I assume is ok. water taste is clean, but after two-three weeks of use I notice no difference, which I hoped for.
The customer support lacs hospitality, accurate information and professionalism to a degree where its rude. I leave a two-star review since I hope for some body/mind changes as promised

I have not yet received my 2 bottles that I ordered just a week ago for both of my disabled children for their care workers to make the water for them but when I received a message saying items are being shipped from China 🇨🇳 I was gutted I messaged them that in their advertising no mention of China 🇨🇳 I feel that this was totally misleading I was lead to believe this product was an American company highly technically made after messaging them 3 days ago from the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 I still have not received a response if any problems I shall be returning them through my PayPal I would love to thank UK. trustpilot.com has I have only just found trustpilot and thank them for their costumers truthful reviews i shall report back later once i receive my 2 bottles thank you to all that found the time to send their reviews i wish that i had found you all before from NASEEM in Nottingham 🇬🇧

Got the bottle 2 days ago and it leaks!!! Sent 2 mails to the company, but nobody bothers to answer. The water seems to come through the on/off button on the bottom that now switches itself on by itself, without any water in the bottle. A useless bottle for which They charged me £120.

Still no one is replying back to me about where to return my bottle. I think they are doing this on purpose as they don’t want to give me my money back. As I only have 30 days very disappointed and upset and stressed. Don’t deal with this company.

UPDATE so I sent my bottle back cost me 25 pounds sent two weeks ago and no has got back to me yet AWFUL
