Probably one of the worst costumer service you can get. Products was leaking from the bottom within a week. Cant charge it due to leaking issue. Contact customer service and you get one answer a week and its the same thing over and over again. “Send a picture of the the product” no one helps you its almost like a joke. Whatever you do, buy a hydrogen bottle from anywhere else.

Spectacularly incompetent customer service. They ask you to send a photo of the product you received that you have a problem with. You send it. They ask for it again. You send it. They ask for it again. No one answers the chat, the Instagram DMs, and online email form directs you to send your complaint to the customer service manager, Lisa Miles, you send it to her, no response, you screen grab every attempt you have made to contact customer service across Instagram, emails, chat and attach the screen grabs to an email along with the same photo of the product you sent in your first email....customer service responds and asks you to confirm the issue you are talking about and send a photo of the product. It is insane. I feel like I am getting pranked. This is a sham company.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! Do not buy! I have sent an email to customer service requesting a refund of the holders I purchased for my bottles ($30 for just the holders and they are JUNK and do not even fit on the bottles!) Each time I get an automated response asking some questions like the condition of the product, if it’s opened or unopened, a pic of receipt, etc. I answer the questions then get ZERO response. I then reach back out and they reply with the same questions and I respond and there is no reply back from them. This has gone on for 6 weeks. There is no customer service number to call and when you get on their chat, they don’t reply except if you ask something that’s already in their FAQs then a bot will reply with some automated mumbo jumbo. This operation is so unprofessional and I have a strong feeling it’s some 20-something kid who’s trying out dropshipping for the first time and is just trying to get rich quick but not run a real business with professionalism and integrity. Whoever it is, they are are total scam artist.

Do not buy! I wish I had read other reviews before purchase. My bottle did not work properly within a week. They said they would send a replacement, then never did. When I followed up they said they had no record of my complaint. They then said they would replace a part that had nothing to do with the issue I was having. I have requested a refund and no reply. It is a terrible company. No responsible customer service.
I recommend registering a complaint with the BBB - its the only way to help other people from being ripped off by this company.

LOUSY PRODUCT; HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
We bought four of these for our adult kids for Christmas. Two of them only worked for a couple of days. When we contacted customer service to see about replacements or refunds, we got crickets. We offered to return the defective bottles, but got no response. Six weeks without a response is BAD BUSINESS.

Worst customer service out there!!! No answers no nothing yet they are all over social media pretending to be a great company! Fool me once…

Spent $250.00 2 months ago and not a single update. Package has not had a single movement or update! Bought for Christmas presents that obviously didn’t work out. Trying to figure out at this point if this company is a scam or if I’ll ever get my products or money back so I can buy from a reputable company.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Incorrect item sent to customer and cannot get assistance from company. No one responds via chat nor email. Now I'm stuck with item. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR 3 WEEKS.

Purchased a bottle and tested the water. On the cycle the states it will produce 1800 ppb it produced 100 ppb. On the cycle that said it would produce 3000 ppb, it produced 600 ppb. These levels are not high enough to do anything. You get what you pay for

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Bottle was leaking from the moment I got it I sent 7 emails, used their website chat, Instagram comments and messages, received no response and to top it off they blocked me
on instagram. I hope no one falls victim to this joke of an organization.

Order hasn't come after 2 months and they won't respond.

Customer service is god awful. I received no order information, and then 4 weeks later I get an email that the 3 bottles I ordered have been delivered.

Get home and nothing.

I then checked my cameras from the previous two days, and the only deliveries were Amazon orders. I message the contact form on the website, explained the issue, and get a reply days later…and…get this…the customer service rep copy and pasted the shipping updates. I told them I checked my cameras, and they do that??

Go back and forth with them, and wallaaah, they get delivered. 8 days after the delivery notification. Which, whatever, I get it, shipping company sometimes mess up.

Here’s the kicker. One of the three doesn’t charge, and when I take the charger cable out, it stays green. Another one leaks water THROUGH THE CHARGING PORT. So of the 3 I bought, only one has been functional.

I reach out via the contact form, and explain the issues. They respond by saying, kindly send us a video of the issue. I respond sure, how do you want me to send the video. They respond by saying I must send a video. NO FREAKING SH**.

I’d avoid this company like the plague.

Only positive thing I have to say is that I have noticed improvements from consistently using the one bottle that isn’t defective.

Terrible company. Saw their ad’s on Facebook & Instagram for a couple weeks before purchasing…wish FB & Insta would have done their due diligence and researched the company they were allowing to advertise.

No answer from customer service. The bottle goes into self cleaning mode randomly, which seems unsafe and dangerous. I would not recommend this product or company.

Horrible customer service. Took forever to get the bottle and when I finally received it, it was defective. Emailed the company 4 times, no response from them.

Absolutle crap company and product. Took 5 weeks to arrive. Filled with water and worked for one day. Next day filled up and water was running out of base. Coming out of power button and charging port and now doesnt work at all. Wrote the company twice and got a response on how to use the bottle. Will be filing with paypal to get my payment back and will never do buisiness with again. Stay FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I too was dooped by this company. My hydrolite water bottle and from day one it did not work. Sent an email to the company and received instructions on how to use bottle, that was not my query. Then they wanted me to take a video which i did, and i still have not heard from them. In the meantime i tried some of their suggestions with no success. Now i don’t even turn on needless to say no one has inquired as to weather or not my problem was fixed, it’s not like everyone has 149 bucks to waste. The bottle was absolute crap. The least they could have done is to offer a replacement at least if i would have gone to Amazon I wouldn’t be writing this review. DON’T BUY THIS bottle!!!

I ordered 2 bottles using the BOGO50 discount so expected to be charged $149.88, but instead i was charged $299.98. Additionally I used Google Pay to complete the purchase which had a three year old address so the bottles were going to be shipped to an invalid address. I sent an email to the contact us listed on the website shortly after I noticed these issues requesting the cancel the order. I also attempted to chat with support on the website but no one responded until I gave up (about 30 minutes). I get an email telling me to email the customer service manager, which I did immediately. I did this twice to no avail. This is a scam site, there is not doubt. The reviews on the website are ONLY 4 and 5 stars and there is no way to leave any review on the site currently. The company responded to 7 out of the 28 1 star reviews (about 25%) and all of the responses were dated 11/02/2023. I regret not doing my research before my purchase and I am dissapointed that this is a sponsored ad in Google.

Multiple emails to customer service. No shipping information. No responses until I request cancellation after switching to a different company to fulfill my needs. The response I received had absolutely nothing to do with my emails I sent to them, and just included trouble shooting for a product that I haven’t even received. Avoid this company.

I ordered 4 bottles (and got 1 free in a promotion). I’ve been trying to return the unopened, never used bottles but the company will not respond. The only response I got was an email troubleshooting problems with the bottle. As I told them in one of many emails, the bottles have never been opened.
