I have to say I was pretty scared to…
I have to say I was pretty scared to order from this website. I thought it wasn’t legit as much cheaper than other websites. After reading lots of reviews and google I decided to take the “risk” because the tria 4X I was buying was £50 cheaper than Amazon. I was not disappointed, it literally arrived the next morning along with some free items. Everything was perfect and so far the machine works well but too early to tell (that is nothing to do with the website though) I couldn’t be happier, if I ever need to buy another device I will certainly buy through them again. The only thing is, I wish they also sold skin numbing or skin cooling creams to purchase along side the machines. Could not fault them, and if worried I hope this has helped. Just like anything I always read the returns policy first. Absolutely fantastic delivery. Thank you

Poor customer experience
I ordered a Philips Lumea hair removal device in November of 2018. I've used the device not more than 10 times for the past three years and recently I've noticed cracks on two of the attachments - the facial and body attachment. I never dropped the device and cleaned it after each use with the soft cloth supplied with the device.
Customer support declined my request for replacement attachments because "this is outside the 2 years warranty period purchase and we do not stock any replacements or spare parts". When you pay over $400, you expect that you'll be able to use the product more than 10 times. If I had ordered the device in the USA (through American company), they would've replaced the broken attachments, regardless of the warranty period.
