I got one of the hair removal devices…
I got one of the hair removal devices and it turned out to be defective. Their customer service was absolutely amazing and would respond right away. The defective product was replaced with a different model and a pick up was arranged for the defective product for the next day. Once they received the defective product, the replacement was mailed to me at NO COST. The process was smooth and done in a short time. I would have given more than 5 stars if there was more.

This is my first time dealing with Shop4Body, and it was a good experience so far. I received my shipment 3 days after purchase.
I had to pay customs duty to FedEx, but I was reimbursed right away by Shop4Body.

Had doubts, got convinced.
Hard to find the Lumea products in Canada, so I was a bit reluctant to order from SHOPY4BODY since I had never before, the high amount of positive reviews on this site convinced me to try.
Ordered a Lumea IPL BRI956 and was sent from UK to Canada, I got it at home in 5 days. Fedex charged me for duty fees and SHOPY4BODY simply refunded me the amount without delay, making sure my total was what showed on the order (Price itself was good already all things considered).
Great experience overall. Will buy again if they have a product I am interested.

The product arrived early and I loved how they included a shaving pen with my order. The delivery car made sure to hand it to me when I was in the house. Side note: make sure to create an account before you proceed to purchase page so you can see tracking info I was panicking until I checked to see the information in my email. As for the ipl result I will update once I use and will report the results.

Second time, great experience!
My second time purchasing from them. Great experience, can't get better! Order arrived in few days, cheapest price online, sealed, with extra gifts, free shipping and they keep their promise of duties and taxes included. The two times the courier asked for duties and I sent shop4body's support and they paid it. No hassle. I only had to pay the amount on the product page, no extra cent!
