The item doesn't fit what it says. The pad creases up and gets hotter and hotter when sleeping on it. This was not just my opinion but a few of my families and friends. Silent night said refer to manufacturers when I emailed them, but they make the product

Easy to buy, great delivery and very comfortable. I suffer with fibromyalgia and this mattress has helped me get much better rest, although I also purchased a mattress topper to give that added depth of comfort. So far worth every penny!

Sags excessively in the center, causing severe back pain!
I purchased a Premier Inn Mattress 2.0 which was delivered on 29th June 2026 after an initial incorrect delivery. Unfortunately, the mattress has serious structural support issues; despite being advertised as "Medium/Firm" with "Zoned Pockets", it sags excessively in the center, causing severe back pain.
I submitted a formal complaint under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requesting a resolution/refund. It has been over 5 working days and despite a follow-up email, I have received zero response from customer service.
Ignoring customer complaints about product faults is unacceptable for a brand of this scale. I expect customer support to contact me immediately to arrange the return and full refund for my order.
