I am so glad I decided to buy a Silentnight 1000 pocket mattress as although the first couple of nights it felt very firm and I was worried I may have to return it but my back feels great with no stiffness when I wake up. I am also getting used to the firmness and feel I have made the right decision with my purchase. Ordering online was straightforward and I even got a better price and some freebies which I was not expecting 🤗. The delivery service was great, and communication was excellent keeping me updated about my delivery. I would definitely recommend Silentnight.

I ordered from Slientnight as my previous mattress was from them, I wanted the same one as it is been great but come to the end of its life!
When I ordered I made a mistake and ordered the wrong one, so I rang up and spoke to a very helpful lady (really sorry can’t remember her name) sorted everything for me!
The delivery was very smooth and the communication was great, turned up on time and helped get the mattress where it needed to be!
Overall very happy with the service and the product I received 👍🏻

Very easy to order on line, sort which mattress you want, pick your delivery date. Confirmation of delivery date , updates on the delivery day, once delivered they will take mattress to the room, unwrap it n place it on the bed!

A few months ago I purchased airmax 2 super supported pillows and on both occasions after a few uses the pillows went flat, lost it's shape
I reported the issue to Silentnight, and was advised to wash them, so that they could bounce back.
I did what was asked, and to no avail, pillows are still flat.
I sent pictures of the pillows, and was told that there is no fault.
I received that reply within a few minutes of sending the pictures.
But when I originally reported the issue, I had to wait over a week for a response.

Speedy delivery! I bought this foam topper because I used to have back pain every morning when I woke up. The quality is excellent, and after sleeping on it, I no longer wake up with back pain. It’s made such a difference to my sleep. Highly recommend!
