I was looking for a bed and came across this website via blue light card. There was a variety of products(beds, mattresses, bed sets etc) Lots to choose from. Website was easy to navigate. I found my choice of bed and was able to arrange delivery which was easy to do. I was kept informed of the delivery progress and on the day of delivery, the bed arrived within the agreed time frame. The delivery went quite smoothly with the delivery staff being incredibly professional and friendly. They put the bed together and took away the packaging. Very pleased with the quality of the bed and mattress. So much so I’ve ordered another for the spare room!

Very comfortable, great sleep using this topper

I placed an order with Argos for a Silentnight mattress, they delivered the wrong mattress, twice, and I liaised with Jolie in CS who helped me when I then cancelled the order with Argos and wanted to buy another Silentnight mattress through another company to ensure that it was the same mattress albeit under a different name and I made contact again with Jolie. Jolie was professional, helpful and nothing was too much trouble, fabulous CS Jolie, you are a credit to Silentnight!

Very comfortable mattress topper. Arrived on time and I am very happy with the purchase.

Easy to order and read up on the information. Good value and machine washable. It was a gift for my son and he said it is wonderful, it does what it says on the tin!

It was easy to find the mattress I wanted to order and very pleasing to be given a free copper pillow to go with it.
The ordering process was simple and the mattress arrived on time with two helpful delivery members who carried it upstairs. Fabulous service

Very good dog beds excellent value and promptly delivered

It took 8 days to arrive, not the advertised 2-3 days. Not wholly the fault of the courier as we didn’t get the advertised updates regarding dispatch from Silentnight and when the courier got in touch to say they had received the item 4 days had already passed. Silentnight systems also failed when they sent us a survey asking for feedback on the delivery process 4 days before we eventually received the product. When our purchase did arrive the product was just ok. Nothing amazing.

I purchased the Silentnight Hatfield Double Memory 2 Drawer Divan Bed – Grey in November 2023 from Argos . Within less than three years of normal use, the mattress has completely lost its shape and has caused damage to the divan base. My son has been using the bed since delivery and has been experiencing increasing discomfort due to the sagging. I contacted Silentnight with photos, but my guarantee claim was declined due to surface staining. This is extremely disappointing, as cosmetic staining does not cause structural sagging or damage to a reinforced divan base. The product has clearly developed premature structural faults and has not lasted anywhere near the expected 7–10 years. Very dissatisfied with the quality and durability of this bed.

I purchased Memory Cool 2000 and I feel misled that I could shop with confidence as they advertised on the 60 day sleep trial. The mattress was very firm for a couple of weeks but persevered with it , was ok for a few weeks but now dipping in middle and very uncomfortable causing back, neck and shoulder pain after only 6 weeks of use. No problem I thought as I can use their much advertised sleep trial however please read their small print.
They will not honour the site wide discount you received on your original mattress even though external retailers do offer this. I paid £631 and the choice I have is pay another £267 to get a mattress you can actually comfortably sleep on or keep a mattress that is not fit for purpose.

The website was easy to navigate and order from. I had emails of the delivery date and a phone call on the day to say they were an hour away. The delivery men made sure the mattress was in the house. All round excellent service and a very comfortable mattress.

This mattress topper is soft and thick. As I have arthritis in my hips and I always sleep on my side, it helps releive some of the aches. I'm glad I got one

I have a deeply massive hole in my mattress and it has 5 years of warranty and apparently my request has been rejected because I have stains ! What the stains have to do with the holes for a mattress with 2 and half years?
Not happy actual and I wasn’t expecting to get this response from a big company.
What about the bed frame???

I am so glad I decided to buy a Silentnight 1000 pocket mattress as although the first couple of nights it felt very firm and I was worried I may have to return it but my back feels great with no stiffness when I wake up. I am also getting used to the firmness and feel I have made the right decision with my purchase. Ordering online was straightforward and I even got a better price and some freebies which I was not expecting 🤗. The delivery service was great, and communication was excellent keeping me updated about my delivery. I would definitely recommend Silentnight.
