Shocking Quality
The duvet split on its first machine wash and nasty plastic filling came out. I contacted customer services and they refused to honour the warranty. Apparently they’d used their in-house “experts” who said it must be my washing machine (completely ignoring the fact I told them I’ve had washable duvets from other manufacturers for years and never had this particular problem). Complete waste of £50. Appalling customer services and an arbitrary warranty that is worthless. They also wouldn’t publish my review on their website (quelle surprise), so thank goodness for transparency via Trustpilot.

The order I placed was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately there was a problem, however Silentnight dealt with it extremely well. Although things didn't go well we would use Silentnight again should the need arise.
