The topper appears great but nothing like memory foam quality.
It's lumpy and hard and not giving at all. We placed our usual memory foam on top of our original mattress and silent night on top of everything else. My lower back pain has never been so bad 👎 thumbs down from me

Sincec24th August I have been looking to find a mattress for my son's bed. I used the comparison tool at Silentnight. It has been a slow process as I have needed to consider quite a few preferances. I was attracted by the savings codes offered on the website when I started looking eg SAVE50 on mattresses etc. But in the end I clicked on an offer to get 10% off the total bill by signing up for their emails. Got sent a code but went to use it today 5th Sept and was told at checkout it is invalid - well my email wasn't invalid and I had at least five emails from Silentnight in my inbox to the 28th Aug. I have now unsubscribed from their emails. It feels as if this was just data harvesting and the special 10% personal 'discount code' was just a disingenuous tool to just get a sign up without any cost to them. Not impressed. Will shop around now elsewhere again.

I ordered six pillows from Silentnight on the 21st of August 2026. I initially receive several emails about delivery dates and was contacted by Evri who were meant to deliver them. Every date was missed and rescheduled and now the tracking app no longer shows a revised delivery date. I’ve contacted Evri to ask for updates, and I’ve also contacted Silentnight to ask them to locate the pilows and confirm when they will be delivered or to give me a refund if they are not able to do so. Neither Silentnight nor Evri have given me anything other than a holding response and neither of them are able to tell me where the pillows are or when they will be delivered. This is appalling customer service, particularly from Silentnight who have taken payment and have not shipped the items to me. I’m extremely unhappy and recommend that you do not order from Silentnight as clearly they cannot guarantee deliveries will reach customers and are in no rush whatsoever to either resolve issues or provide refunds. Update a week later (10th September) still no pillow delivery, no tracking info, and no response from Silentnight Customer Services, other than to say they are looking into it. I’ve asked for a refund and had no reply whatsoever to that.

Mattress cover very soft and comfy nice and thick

My mattress arrived ready to use. The delivery person was kind and wished me well and to.sleep as a queen. I couldn't have asked for more.

I was pleased during the heatwave that Silent Night were offering 2.5 tog duvets. The order was despatched quickly and we have been very pleased with the duvet. Two more for guest beds were then ordered and again received quickly and appreciated by guests. Highly recommended.

A used or returned mattress topper which did not look or smell fresh without original packaging delivered for the online order. Complained online and over the phone about the order within an hour of the delivery for the return. Absolute waste of time.

The make is very trustworthy as they have been around for a very long time. We repurchased,the same mattress as we were so happy with it!
The old one lasted 8 years the quality is good and the cost is fairly priced for this quality

It’s called a mattress topper. It feels like just laying on a sheet there’s no comfort to it at all. Would definitely not recommend I brought one for myself and my son. Don’t think that was worth the money.

Easy online shopping.

My delivery was delayed due to a vehicle breakdown and was told that it probably wouldn't be delivered until the following day. At 7.30 in the evening a very tired delivery man arrived with my mattress. He was very friendly and polite.
