Over 9 days waiting now for them to sort a return out since it was signed for by them. CS says 'due to an unprecedented amount of returns they are taking longer' no timeline given. Sorry, but it doesn't take that long to return an item.

Bought a Stussy tshirt for my sons Xmas. Only remembering to put a review on in August, whoops lol. Didn’t receive an email to say they had my order / dispatched it or anything . But it did arrive! And quickly too. Would use again

I am sorry but the whole experience was really bad.
A) items that were available to add in my cart, eventually were out of stock.
B) my communications via email to find out what is the status of my order were answered 5 weeks after!
C) No answer on the phone whatsoever.
D) after 6 weeks I received the info that one item was out of stock and the other item eventually did arrive.
You really need to work on your customer services.

I ordered an item on 7/16 @ 10:36 AM. According to THEIR website and shipping/fulfillment policy: “All orders placed by 2pm EDT on business days will be fulfilled and shipped same day”……..I am STILL waiting to get an update on the status of my order! Companies like this with their shady business practice need to be exposed! I should have read their reviews before ordering. There customer service is non existent, and don’t bother calling their number no one ever picks up because starting from 9:00am all agents are occupied.

They cancelled my order. They oversold the item and they didn’t have enough to fulfill my order. Wow!! So in addition to horrible customer service, apparently their inventory management is just as bad. They did offer my 20% off coupon for my next order.

Customer service is non-existent. You may as well not have the number on the website. Called with no response after over 50 attempts. Shoes are said to have been delivered signed for yet I’ve received nothing. Emails not being replied to and phone lines not being answered. Avoid at all costs. Order number UK784247.

I absolutely have to give this guys a 6* I bought a pair of trainers and read a lot review which left me anxious … Outstanding guys and no words to describe my happiness … 3 days as they promise delivered to Czech Republic. Wow guys well done I will definitely buy again. That is my experience
