Worst company EVER!!
Cheap bad quality stuff from China, return/refund is NOT possible!!
Don’t buy from them

Whilst ordering is simple the delivery time is lengthy. Approx 3 weeks. The pictures of the shoes online look like good quality products, however the quality on arrival is really poor. Plastic bottoms so will slip when when wet, light as a feather and very flimsy - in reality they are not even worth £5.00 in my opinion. My flip flops are heavier than this product. There is nothing orthopaedic about the shoes at all other than they are wide fitting. Brought them as a gift but these are too embarrassing to gift.
Shocking quality. I wouldn’t advise NOT to purchase anything from this company.

DO not buy anything off this company - the 'shoes' arrived after 2 weeks from China and are of a very a poor quality. The photos on their website are misleading - they are not orthopaedic shoes. They didn't come in a box,but a plastic bag similar to a freezer bag with a stinky airfreshner satchet included . No one in their right mind would pay anything for these shoes.

The company have now agreed a refund for the awful shoes sent, but are constantly giving excuses for why this can't be processed.
I have reported my experience to Trading Standards and it's been suggested I contact the ICC. I've been advised to contact my credit card provider to put a charge on Rowan Shoes to get my money back.
Please learn from my experience and do not buy from this company. The shoes are cheap, poor quality and nothing like the images on the website. They come from China, despite the address in the states.

This company is completely untrustworthy. I was promised a refund in June for shoes that were not even ever despatched to me. Now, in September, I have still not received the return of my money.
I am left with no shoes, no money and a collection of fraudulent emails claiming that they are sorry.
AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

Shoes were very poor quality. though they were purchased in the US they required me to return these very poor quality shoes to their office in England and the shipping was on me. Do not do business with Rowan.

Diabolical customer service, can't speak to a eeal person, order 1 pair they charged me for 2, explained i only wanted 1 said just send back, took 3 weeks to come and can't send them back keeps coming up, order not recognised? That's convenient 😒 £78 down PLEASE AVOID

Buyer beware bought two pair of flip flops size 10 ..They sent me two pair of size 6..I asked for a refund and return address was mucked about something terrible In the end I got PayPal and my credit card involved to reclaim my money still waiting on the outcome..So be very wary of this company

Inferior quality product sent. Slow communication when trying to return product with denial that product is different to advertised pictures. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered shoes from this company and a month in I still haven’t received them. There has been no communication about my order since a month ago when they told me it’s been shipped. Now when I track it, it just says pending. It’s completely unacceptable and I would not be buying from this site again. Neither will I be recommending to any one? If you are thinking of purchasing from this site, DONT!

I would not recommend Rowan Shoes at all. I measured as instructed but the shoes were too small. The cost to return them including paying for shipping and their 'restocking fee' are disgraceful. Save yourself and go elsewhere.

I have recently purchased a pair of sandals from the company.

I have to admit, after buying them I noticed there were quite a few negative reviews, which did make me wonder whether I had made the right choice.
I brought them in the sale at half price. They were £39 . I’m not sure I would necessarily pay full price for them, but I can only speak from my own experience.

My sandals arrived within a couple of weeks, were exactly as pictured and described, and most importantly, they are very, very comfortable.

I personally have no complaints at all with my purchase and have been really pleased with them. So far, my experience has been a very positive one.

Do not buy from this company. The sandals I bought came directly from China and were very cheap looking. They were certainly not 'orthopaedic' as advertised. This is effectively a scam. I've looked into the background of the company and it's actually plain to see. It's a pity I didn't do that before I bought! The product photos, claims and company 'story' are all false. I'm putting this one down to experience having read the hassle other reviewers have had returning items.

Found out as soon as I purchased them that they were not in Wyoming and requested a refund. Their website is fraudulent. They first said for me to wait until they arrive from China and contact them then. The shoes have not left China and now they are not replying to my request for refund.

This company should not be allowed to operate. It has made me turn to Trustpilot for a review on every online company.
The description of goods is misleading.
The shoes are poorly made, not orthopaedic, unsupporting in some styles.
My order was incomplete, I cannot get reimbursed without percentage offers in leu which I don’t want.
Dreadful, do not believe e the advertising.

Wrong size, wrong shoe which was completely different to the one shown on the website. 20 working days in and still waiting for a refund. Not holding my breath.

BEWARE - these shoes won’t arrive in a box. They will arrive damaged in plastic from overseas of terrible quality. Then when you try to return them, they will not get back to you and give you the runaround and you will never get your money back. This is a terrible company. Do not order from them. I wish I had read reviews on them. This was a waste of money.

I ordered a pair of trainers and despite continually contacting the company the shoes did not arrive nor did a refund.

DONT BUY FROM THEM I BROUGHT A PAIR OF SLIPPERS ON THE 2ND OF JULY 2026 THAT FAILED TO ARRIVE, NOW IN SEPTEMBER 2026 AND STILL AWAITING REFUND SAID WOULD TAKE 10 DAYS ! STILL NOT IN MY BANK NOW SAY HAVE A TECHNICAL ISSUE

Expensive men’s sandals £48.95.Looked excellent quality on photograph. Described as quality leather.
Eventually arrived after several weeks!
Flimsy, poorly made, nothing like description and photograph. Ordered size 8, received size 9,
Should have read reviews before purchasing as grim reading! Not even worth trying to return after reading awful customer service.
