The emails updates about when trunks get picked up and emails confirming deliveries. That makes a difference.
Also giving options of dates for pick up that’s great and better for Han be given an assigned date.

I am the assistant principal at an elementary school and we facilitate scholarships for children to go away to camp. After the previous shipping company went under last summer, working with Ship Camps was a new experience and they did not disappoint. The organization and constant communication were excellent.
