I am the assistant principal at an elementary school and we facilitate scholarships for children to go away to camp. After the previous shipping company went under last summer, working with Ship Camps was a new experience and they did not disappoint. The organization and constant communication were excellent. Even the return shipping happened sooner than expected. The whole process was orderly and professional. We couldn’t have asked for better!

Quick shipping time, good communication, no damage to camp trunks or contents.

This Company is an intermediary between the customer and Fed Ex. They take a fee for sourcing customers for Fed Ex. What am I missing?

I appreciated the notifications about the trunk label shipments and trunk delivery status.

Good customer service
When fed ex didn’t show up and we had to bring bags to our office locally they gave some credit to make it right. Feels a bit overpriced for what it is overall, but our bags got there and back.

On time, early actually, bags delivered in plastic since it was raining.

So nice to have the duffle bags picked up right from the house! No box needed like when we dropped them at the carrier!

Everything expected happened either as expected or faster.

Friendly staff, reliable and efficient. 2 thumbs up and will use Ship Camps again.

We used Ship Camps to ship four large duffel bags to and from camp. Delivery truck arrived on time and bags were delivered to camp on the day we had prearranged. They also arrived back from camp within two days. Fast service and all went well!

To send your kid across the country for camp for the summer is stressful enough…… to find ship camps was a Godsend. From the moment I spoke to customer service I felt at ease. They explained (thoroughly) then sent the shipping labels for my son’s two huge steamers trunks. Two days later I dragged the bags out to the porch and within 2 hours, the courier picked them up and delivered them to my child’s camp cabin. Voila! All my son had to carry on the plane was a backpack with his electronics for entertainment. After my son’s time at summer camp was finished, he packed up and ship camps picked up his bags and returned them to me in two days. Nothing damaged. Easy and stress free! I cannot recommend ship camps enough! Thank you Ship Camps! See ya next year!!!!

Fast and easy!!

Duffel bags arrived on time and we returned in a timely manner.

Super easy to navigate, great pricing, and bags arrived before the estimated date.

The customer service is great. It’s a super easy way to get bags too and from camp. However, this time one of our son’s bags arrived with giant rips and holes. It will need to be replaced.

Our trunk was destroyed. This was the worst experience. It was a brand-new $400 trunk. We are terribly disappointed. It looks like soneone took a sledgehammer to it.
