Wow thank you so much ! My kids trunk was badly damaged and I lost a couple of items but ship and reimbursed me under the $1000 insurance within hours of my (simple) online claim. So stress free. Spoke to a real person whenever I needed help. Will definitely use again.

I ordered brand new beautiful and strong sturdy duffel bags and had them monogramed for extra cost.
I was so sad to receive such BADLY damaged bags , the bottoms are completely torn up that I will NOT be able to use ever again.
Check the weight on my bags bc they only had linnens inside so very light and no excuse..

This service was a lifesaver for our family. My daughter went to camp across the country and dragging a trunk and duffel bag through the airport would have been a real challenge. Ship Camps made that task easy and when we showed up at her camp, her trunk was already in her tent. I cannot recommend this service enough.

They do a great job but boy is it a pricey service!

The positive: it process and shipment arrived earlier than expected time!
The negative: they DO NOT package your shipments from camp; trunks and laundry bags. Our trunk was marked with black markings, dented, and the hinges broke.
The laundry bag has black streaks all over it.
I wish I had known they did not cover our packages as UPS has done in the past.

Easy and straightforward. The drop off at FedEx was quick. The bags were supposed to arrive in three days, but I got confirmation from ShipCamps that they were delivered in less than 24 hours.

I had neglected to place my Ship Camps order in a timely fashion and I called them the day before the deadline to have my son’s camp trunks picked up and they made it happen! So grateful. First time ever shipping luggage. Very pleased and would recommend.

I was extremely nervous about shipping luggage and having it lost. Because this was so easy and inexpensive to use, it made me even more nervous that it would be messed up. But, I saved hundreds of dollars and it got to the destination much earlier than quoted from UPS direct.

We had to book last minute shipment of our kids bags and this was so easy! And the bags arrived at camp within a day. And it wasn’t much more than our previous camp baggage option.

Once we figured out what buttons to select for shipping a trunk, the process was seamless.

Once the technical problems were solved with the website. The service was extremely easy from picking up the bags, the up to date notification to finally the delivery at the destination
