Gorgeous Saddle Pad

Gorgeous, well made saddle pad, exactly as described. Shipping was delayed, but customer service and communication was excellent the whole way. Very pleased.

Great rugs

Charged the order, then asked for private information

This company charged my order, then informed me they would not ship my order until I sent them my personal credit card statements stating it was their policy. I cancelled instead of letting them invade my privacy. This is a very strange business. I contacted Mastercard and they suggested I cancel. Go elsewhere. They are unreasonable.

You placed an order with different billing and shipping addresses. Because of this, the credit card company does not identify the shipping address, which triggers a warning in our system for possible fraud. We understand that customers may need to ship items to addresses other than their billing address. To ensure we are protecting our customers from fraud, we request a screenshot from your online banking that shows the amount spent and the name of our company. We advise our customers to black out any sensitive information, as all we need to see is our store name and the amount.

We understand that these extra steps can be inconvenient, but online security is our top priority. As a small company from Canada, this is our way of preventing fraudulent activities.

HORRIBLE company!

HORRIBLE company!! The childrens wool is likely fake, and company ship you out things you did NOT order and charge you. Just AWFUL, rude, EXTREMELY combative customer service reps. Do NOT ORDER from these cheats!

Furthermore, we do not retain credit card information for our customers, ensuring we never charge for items not explicitly ordered. If you accidentally added an item to your shopping cart and did not notice until completing your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 15 days of receipt. You can easily request a return label directly on our website, where this information is also readily available.

Poor customer service

Completely inflexible on their stringent (15 day) return policy, even with the item unworn with tags still on and still for sale on their website. I tried to call in mid-Jan about exchanging a hat my husband bought me which was too tight. Unable to get through I submitted a query through their website and waited to hear back. Hearing nothing I eventually got through by phone and was told they would not make an exception—even though I had since purchased gloves and a different style hat. Today they have finally answered my web query via email, over four weeks later, so they took twice as long to even get back to me as the length of their return policy, and their response was 100% unhelpful. Would have expected much better customer service.

Thank you very much for your input regarding our return policy. Our policy states that items are eligible for return within 15 days from the delivery date. However, in specific situations, we can make an exception for items that are unworn and still have tags attached. I’m very sorry you felt there was no flexibility on our part, and I apologize for the delay in responding to your email. When you contacted us, it was the busiest time of the year for our small company in Canada. We always do our best to handle the high volume of orders and provide customer support.

Company ignored letter from USPS

Rug was ordered on 3 November 2023, never arrived and company does not want to honour USPS request to refund my money despite several requests

You placed the order on November 22nd. and the parcel was shipped to you on November 24th. Proof of delivery from USPS shows it was delivered to your house on December 18th.
When you contacted us claiming you never received it, we opened a claim with the delivery service the same day.
When the claim was closed, we received confirmation from USPS that the parcel was successfully delivered to you, and therefore, the investigation was concluded. We never received any requests from USPS to issue a refund to you, as that is not a service they provide, so I'm not sure where you received that information from, but I want you to know that we truly value our customers and always strive to provide the best service possible. It’s unfortunate that we didn't have the opportunity to resolve your concern before you filed a chargeback with your credit card company.
However, if you ever decide to purchase from us again, please know that you would be very welcome. We are committed to ensuring a positive experience for all our customers.

I am very sorry to hear about your bad experience with the delivery service. I would like to clarify some concerns about your order:
You placed your order on December 5th, and the parcel was shipped to you the very next day on Dec. 6th and we sent you tracking information via email that same day.
FedEx Tracking number shows the parcel was delivered on Dec. 9th with proof of delivery and a picture of the parcel at your porch. If you had concerns about your parcel being stolen, you could have called us during our business hours and we would have opened an investigation with the delivery service. Once the investigation was closed, we would have offered you reshipment or refund. This is our policy and it was also explained to you via email as we replied to the emails you sent to our company.
Again, I am very sorry about this bad experience with FedEx and we hope we can provide you with the best products in a near future. Thank you.
