A very rude customer service team who interrupts several times, gaslighting customers. Sheepskin smelled like chemicals with poor die and cardboard feeling back of the rug. CNF marketing has stolen the original good Sheepskin Town name. The product has a label by Country Homes. So dishonest!

When you contacted us, you declined to provide your name and order number and requested to speak with a manager. You were advised that you were already speaking with the Customer Service Supervisor; however, you stated that you wished to speak with someone from Quality Control instead.
As we attempted to explain, CNF Marketing is a small Canadian family-owned company that has been operating for over 20 years. We own and operate several websites specializing in fur and sheepskin products, including SheepskinTown. Throughout our years in business, we have built a strong reputation for quality and work with some of the industry's most respected sheepskin suppliers and manufacturers.
During our phone conversation, we attempted to explain the options available to you; however, it was difficult to have a productive discussion. Nevertheless, our position remains the same: if you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it for a full refund. We provide a free return label, which can be obtained directly through our website.
Since we were unable to fully discuss the matter over the phone, we also sent these return instructions to your email for your convenience.
Our goal is to resolve this matter fairly and efficiently, and we remain happy to assist you with the return process should you choose to proceed.

Lovely, Warm Shearling Mittens
I had an old pair of shearling mittens that were pretty warm, but not really made that well. I blew a hole in them during the cold weather this winter. (Obviously I needed a new pair because it’s been subzero with the wind chills where we live). I found this website and ordered a pair of mittens. I needed a little help with customer service at one point and they were very prompt and friendly. The mittens arrived quickly and I got to wear them outside today. They are not only beautiful and well-made, but they are deliciously warm and socks inside. I would highly recommend Sheepskin Town mittens!!

Wow! What a great product! I got the Quattro golden mist rug and it has the best thickest pile. Soft feels awesome on the skin great price and worth every penny. For snuggling on the couch nothing better. Shipping was incredible ordered on Wednesday was here by Saturday. GREAT COMPANY!

Women's mitts
I bought the black leather women's mitts. As others have noted, the customer service is very good and the products are beautifully made. But I'm still very disappointed, because the rolled cuff on these mitts means they are too wide to tuck under my sleeves, and too narrow to go over. So I can't get them properly on my hand and it's hard to do anything in them, even get a good grip on a snow shovel. I'm honestly not sure how I can make them work.

Amazing customer service - worth it!
Navigated two orders total with SheepSkin Town, which included one replacement and one return, all easy and straightforward to navigate. These people are liars
These people are liars. Perhaps frauds. I ordered 2 genuine sheepskin rugs that were supposedly in stock. I paid in full and did not receive a confirmation email. So the next day I wrote to them and received what seemed like a legit response. It said that my order was received and would ship later that day, and also in a couple hours I would receive a tracking number. Nope...it never came. So 2 days later I asked what is going on. They sent the exact same response as 2 days prior (word for word). So I went to my credit card online and reversed the charges. Something is very off about this business. BEWARE!

We want to assure you that we are a fully operational and legitimate business for over 20 years and we are committed to customer satisfaction, which is evidenced by the positive feedback on Trustpilot.
As previously explained on our email exchange, we are close on weekends and holidays. On Monday, October 13, 2025, was a public holiday in Canada (Thanksgiving Day), so your order would ship the next day -October 14th.
When we contacted you to confirm whether you wished to proceed with the shipment or cancel the order,, you informed us that you had already filed a payment dispute (chargeback) with your financial institution.
Due to the pre-existing payment dispute you initiated, the order has been cancelled on our end.
Once a customer files a chargeback, the funds become locked in the dispute process. This protocol legally prevents us from issuing a direct refund. All further steps regarding the refund of your purchase amount must be handled by your credit card company or bank.
Please reach out to your financial institution directly for updates on the dispute and the status of your refund.

Softest, most comfortable and beautiful...I also got the best service. I am so happy that I chose Sheeptown. Their product is far above any competitors. I've tried them. This is a real pelt. Stunningly dyed and is fantastic on my motorcycle. Got one for the couch too. Backed by great customer service. I needed to exchange one due to color was a little too white, it was no problem, and I'm so happy with my final results. You will love these. In my top 3 online shopping experiences
The pink lambskin rug is really the most beautiful thing I have seen in a very long time. The shipping and packaging from Sheepskintown were phenomenonal. And the price was amazing, the quality is unsurpassed. Ordering online can be "iffy," but I would be confident ordering anything from Sheepskintown, knowing it would be perfect. I'm not sure how to sufficiently express my thanks to Sheepskintown for providing exactly what I hoped for so quickly.
