I was looking for decorative wood…
I was looking for decorative wood moulding to create a half panel wall in my hallway. After looking at the usual places like Wickes and b&q I decided to do a Google search and Shawfield Timber came up. They were cheaper and only a ten minute drive away. I placed my order online, received an email immediately confirming my order and shortly after, another email saying my order was ready to be collected. All in all, a seamless transaction and would definitely recommend and use again.

Good experience
Good order experience online and when I needed to add items I called depot and the order was amended efficiently. When goods were delivered driver was under pressure to complete his schedule on time. I felt this was unfair on him.

Your website was easy to use, I found what I wanted, ordered it in the evening, and arrived early next morning to pick it up. Was met with Friendly helpful staff, product was ready, and was exactly what I needed.

I've always had a great experience at Shawfield, but I don't think you really know a company until it makes a mistake.
This week my order turned up with one sheet cut short. It was replaced quickly, with no quibble, with a smile.
