Tiles were exactly what was required. There was a delay but they were a special order and I was kept informed re progress.

Product slow in being delivered after dispatch.
After my review regarding slow delivery a prompt follow up call and email updating my on the delivery time. A company that takes customer service seriously. Very refreshing compared with some other companies. Will be a pleasure to deal with them again

Fantastic service from start to finish. Jess is brilliant.

I’m happy with the service I received from this roofing and ventilation company. I ordered plastic sheets and connectors for my extension. At first, not everything was delivered, but after I contacted them, they responded quickly and were incredibly helpful. They sent the missing items without any hassle, and everything arrived as promised.
The products are excellent quality, and their customer service was outstanding. It’s great to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and resolves any issues promptly.
I would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. 100% satisfied – a well-deserved 5 stars!

Great product and great communication when ive emailed only reason for 4 stars is the delivery time takes forever. Had problem with first order and they sorted it straight away thank you so much for that much appreciated

Great product and service.
Easy to contact for help and advice.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The roofing sheets are excellent quality, and I’m extremely pleased with them. One of the sheets was slightly damaged during transit, but the company responded quickly and resolved the matter professionally. Their communication was friendly and helpful throughout, and the customer service was exceptional. I would happily purchase from them again and highly recommend this company. Thank you Jess!

Well, you charge £30 for delivery a small item and the carrier you selected is worst of all! The items get lost in the system, on the delivery day, no show up, no message, no update. I have to call the carrier several times in 3 days to get to know what is happening with the item and rearrange for re-delivery, then, I have to wait for another week for the reattempt next week!

Excellent. Product
Easy website and ordering process
Highly recommend these guys
Many Thanks

Delivered within the time frame. Fitted this morning. Blended in really well with the original tiles and we are really pleased with them.

Easy to order on website, competitive pricing of products, delivered quickly with dpd, excellent service.

Rather expensive shipping costs, took so long to deliver also they put returns policy conditions against customer’s rights! Once I have challenged them! They sent me an email immediately promising to issue full refund! There after yet again two weeks later I have to chase them for refund, then they deduct the cost of shipping when they sent it to me in a very poor package 📦!
Never deal with them again.

Quick efficient turnaround of production, good quality and delivered quick. I’ve ordered a few times and will be again in the future

Bought couple of bags of fixings buttons for polycarbonate. At £18 (!) delivery charges I expected the CEO to deliver them personally the next day. Unfortunately was only DPD after 10 (!) days (order placed on 3rd of May and delivered on 13th of May) .
Make of this what you want, I say it's a rip-off.

Easy to fit and clear instructions.

Very easy to use website, good range of products, very competitive prices, fast delivery.
When my delivery of 12 corrugated PVC sheets arrived 4 sheets where damaged, I emailed the company explaining the problem, received a very fast response asking for photos of the damage , no questions asked replacements sent in 3 working days, superb service.
I highly recommend Roofing Ventilation, Many thanks.

Jess at Roofing Ventilation was realy helpfull. There was an issue with delivery which meant the items took 3 weeks to arrive and only after myself contacting Roofing Ventilation querieing delivery? Thankfully all items delivered but DX are just not reliable enough..

Very good quality clear pvc corrugated roofing panels, well packed, I can see they’ve done that before, arrived without damage and they arrived a day early. All good cheers

Delivery was again appalling with DPD. Given a delivery window, not delivered, no call. Now, a whole bank holiday of work is wasted.

Roofing Ventalation are really helpful, DPD are not
