Pamela was great and updated my delivery frequency as I requested. It would be better to be able to do that myself online as other apps I have allow me to. Overall I am pleased with the product which I have used for years and believe it has helped my hairloss.

I have been going to Shapiro Md for a few years now , wish they were in Canada but oh well they all have excellent customer service skills they treat they’re customers like family with respectfully, I can only get shampoo and conditioner form there but thankfully at least I can get it still
