I have been using this product since 2019 and its been excellent for me. I like to shout out Pamela Englert from customer service being very helpful with my account.

This was a call to order products. The very kind lady on the other end of my line was pleasant and informative. She was very knowledgeable, and because of that, I put my products on a subscription. Thank you for having such kind people to talk with.

They did exactly what I requested with no questions asked.

Been using the shampoo and conditioner for 3 months. Will continue as it clearly states it could take 6 months before you see a difference. So far the only change is in the texture of my hair. I have thin, curly hair and my hair became dry, frizzy , fly-away and the nice curl is gone. My hairdresser remarked on how bad my hair had become and suggested I stop using it. The loss continues.

Auto renew - it’s really hard to NOT sign up for auto renew. I just got charged $168 for shampoo I don’t need and Shapiro won’t refund me the shipping costs. Pam, in customer service, basically said, "Too bad". She was rude and lacked customer service. Caveat emptor (buyer beware)!
