What really sets them apart is how they handle challenges; on the rare occasions when things haven't gone exactly to plan, they’ve stepped up, acknowledged the issue, and and proactively made things right as a gesture of goodwill. It’s clear they truly value the customer experience and take long-term relationships seriously.

Holly has been prompt in communicating recent issues with the property brought to attention by the tenant and is dealing with these in a professional manner, suggesting how best to solve these issues and being proactive in providing suggestions that may even save money in the long term while getting things seen to and resolved and communicating with the tenant. We’ve recently moved out of our flat and wanted to acknowledge the support provided by Danny and Sam. On arrival into the property, they helped address a number of initial issues and were responsive when assistance was needed.

Danny was always there to help was fair and professional at the end of the tenancy. We appreciate both of their help and efforts in dealing with matters as they arose.

We had Holly manage our property and she was responsive, fixed issues quickly and contracted our landlord whenever we needed.

We've rented twice with this agency and the properties are modern, clean and well kept.

I’ve been with Settio for over a year now and the service has been massively disappointing. After over a year in my property and three inspections in, with no issues to date, I was informed I had breached my contract by having a pet (which was clearly documented on my application form 16 months prior and confirmed by the Leo, the estate agent, over the phone as being approved by the landlord). Thankfully the documentation I had on email was very clear I had disclosed this, but the way Holly went about her communications with me during this process was really disappointing. Settio has essentially not included this in drafting my contract or documented it on their end - the fact the onus was placed on me over a year later in quite an intimidating way to produce evidence of something they should have documented was really unfair. And the fact it was framed as a breach of contract was shocking.

If you are with Settio - document ALL conversations in writing and email asking for confirmation.

There was also damage at the property when I initially moved in which sadly Holly never responded on and I waited for a whole year to be repaired, when another staff member completed an inspection.

Big shoutout to The awesome team Settio Property Experience Ltd for being on top of her game! 🙌 Followed up diligently on my case and closed the deal in less than a month. Marcus was friendly, accommodating and very communicative which all helped get the completion through to the date we were targeting.

My Settio experience has been great from the start. The whole team is courteous, efficient and super helpful. Jerry was fantastic at helping with the completion handover. Fleur was also with me from the beginning and did a wonderful job of finding tenants despite it being close to Christmas! My property manager, Holly Keeney, always takes good care of my property, and give me advice standing on my site also which is fair enough. As an overseas landlord, I can not be there speaking to my tenant. She let me know the circumtances and explain patiently to me about the situation, which helps a lot for me to make the decision.

Marcus was very helpful throughout the sales process and even took the initiative to source for the required documents to try to move the process forward when it appears to be stalled. He was very professional and replies to our enquiries promptly. Overall it was a great experience with the letting and sales process with Settio, will recommend to engage them.
