Huge thanks to Leo for his help with securing my new flat. Super responsive and helpful, even when I was asking questions that weren’t within his remit but I was stuck where to go. Super grateful for the guidance and help.

Leo was extremely helpful in arranging viewings and our discussions with the landlords, he was also very honest about properties, and was always responsive and assisting. Couldn’t recommend him and Settio as an estate agent enough!!

The overall performance of the management and property managers has been subpar and outshined by the lettings team. In terms of property management, the link they sent for my inventory did not work and even though I contacted them many times about it, they did not help and wasted time until the deadline reach.

On the other hand, Leo, the lettings agent that showed us the property was amazing and super responsive throughout the whole process.

Leo has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. We’re about to move into our new home and he’s helped us through everything, from viewing the property to guiding us through the whole process and making sure we were fully sorted.

Really appreciated the professionalism displayed by Jacob Oram-Pilcher who helped to conduct inspection of my property. His report was done concisely with pictures and remarks.

As there are minor fixes to be done, Jacob went ahead to source for contractors, compare the quotations and took initiative to clarify high cost items.

He really represented the landlord well by being cost conscious and diligent in his follow up.

The most recent inspection was completed thoroughly, and the report showed no items requiring attention or repair, which reflects the high standard of ongoing management. He is always prompt in responding to any requests or concerns and communicates clearly and reliably. I have great confidence in his work and highly recommend his services.
