Terrible quality stuff

Terrible quality stuff, overpriced, and flippant customer service. Our first order of plates that we needed for a dinner party got delivered to the wrong house and went missing for a few days, customer service was no help. Made a second order to complete the set and ordered cutlery. The cutlery looked nothing like on the listing, really cheap quality, even Ikea has better stuff. The pricing is also all over the place. Additionally, I understand putting things on sale, but the plates we bought for £125 were reduced to £50, showing how overpriced they originally were because clearly they’re making enough profit at £50.
Won’t be ordering again.

We’d like to clarify that Sazy does not currently offer next day delivery. For small to medium-sized items, our standard delivery timeframe is between 2 to 4 working days which does not include the weekends, as stated on our website and at checkout.

In your case, it appears your order has unfortunately been lost by our delivery partner, which has caused the delay. We understand how disappointing this must be and we’re actively working with the courier to resolve the issue.

Highly recommend Sazy.com for products & service

I ordered a gorgeous dinner set along with 6 matching pasta bowls. I was kept informed all the way if my order, which arrived quickly and very well packaged. There was slight damage to a few of the pasta bowls, but they were replaced without any issues and I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Sazy.Com to anyone wishing for high quality product and service.
