I ordered some leather dining chairs previously which have been excellent. This time around, I ordered some homeware - serving bowels and pasta bowels. I was extremely disappointed to find broken items in the delivery however the customer service team were absolutely first class and resolved with a refund within hours which was really impressive. I would advise get a new courier company but the customer service, price and quality of items were brilliant.

Nice rug, but colours much darker

It's a nice rug but the colours on the website are not representative. In real life it's dark green and brown, not light green and orange.
