Been using your blades for a few years now, never had a problem.only company I found that has the size I need.

Website is easy to navigate. Handling and shipping time was very fast. Saw blade came in exactly as I ordered.

I recently gave a review of my order with Sawblade.com and I would like to give an update. Through no fault of theirs, the item I ordered would not fit my application, When I informed them I would like to return the Item, they could not have been more accommodating, they apologized for any inconvenience, and are sending a carrier to my house to pick up the item. No questions about who was at fault, just took care of the return in a professional manor. True example of exceeding the customers expectation.
I have already placed an additional order with them and I foresee future dealings with this company. Highly recommended.

Well, Sawblade.com, we tried very, very hard to make sure I ordered the correct bandsaw guide upgrade. We chatted, looked at pictures of my saw, discussed and after at least 30 minutes, concluded which one would work. I received it today, completed disassembled my OEM guides and saw that they were nothing alike. I noticed that Jet had old machining, not in use now, that seemed to match the Sawblade guides. But, alas, they did not as when I inserted the bottom guide it was 1/4" off center and the top guide shaft was way undersized. So for my Jet machine, you do not make a upgrade guide. But at least I got to deeply clean, replace frozen bearings, etc. in my saw!

The sales associate was very nice but was not when i asked her the tpi she did not know what i was asking. After being put on hold twice she was able to get the answer

This was my first order. The website worked well. I ordered 2 blades the same size but different teeth configurations. I received 2 of the same blade by accident. I replied to a customer service email and quickly got a response saying they would make it right, and they did. The mailed the replacement correct blade quickly and at no charge with no hassle from me. You could feel the American pride from SawBlade.com and I'd happily shop there again. Plus, the blades I bought are a beast, they work great. I bought the roller bearing guide kit for my old delta 14" bandsaw and it's working great too. I shared my story with my brother who runs a small machine shop and now he's going to check them out too.

It was easy to order online, and the technical information was very helpful. The service was great, and the delivery was good!

A little tricky customer regarding an older Jet and peculiar shipping. Both of which were handled well. Looking forward to updating this old saw.
