james did a great job on asking detailed questions and replaced the parts right away.

The carbide tips cut oak like it was butter. And cut a nice flat boards.

I’ve had my Laguna 14/12 bandsaw for a while now. As I’ve become more comfortable with it, I’ve taken on more intricate projects. I decided it was time to look at project specific Blades. As I was doing my search, I came across a website called guidekits.com and purchased a roller bearing guide kit to replace the stock ceramic guides. On guide kits website there was a link to sawblades.com. I decided I needed technical advice so I gave them a call. They were extremely helpful, very patient with someone who doesn’t know all of the lingo and provided me with the exact advice I needed to get the right Blades. It was a very positive experience.

The customer agent was extremely knowledgeable and did not try and force me into getting something I did not want and I appreciate that. He was quick in response as well.

I accidentally typed in a wrong address in my order. Upon my request, my address was quickly and efficiently corrected. I haven't used the sawblades yet but I'm very happy with my experience with your company.

The first representative has to pass me off to another person, supposedly his manager. Also did not seem as knowledgeable as he could have been to assist me. The website is consisting for ordering specific sizes.

They actually showed genuine interest in what I was trying to accomplish and got me the right blade!

I had a great experience ordering a part from Sawblade.com. The team was very easy to work with, the ordering process was straightforward, and the part arrived quickly. On top of that, the price was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality products with fast and reliable service.

I started out looking for a guide upgrade. I like resawing and hate the drift. I spoke with a young lady who really knew her business and sent pictures of upper and lower guides from a Craftsman professional 14" twenty year old solid 1 hp band saw identical to the old Rikon 14". After their evaluation of the pictures they didn't have it.
After a day or two I decided to call back to the young lady and order the ½" x 3TPI carbide tipped blade .035 blade. I spent $150 on a blade with free shipping and made in the USA delivered by FedEx. The blade is stiff and doesn't drift and ate up Ipe mahogany maple and small logs. I'm very happy because now I don't need the guide upgrade and consistently cuts straight down the line.
One last thing is I read reviews from the past couple of years and it seems the quite a few reviews says bad quality and very bad customer service....had I read the reviews before my purchase and probably would not spend my money with them. Well I disagree with the negative because everything about this company so far I like.

I really appreciate that your blades actually fit properly and that you offer the option to provide the make and model of the saw—so I don’t have to worry about getting the size exactly right. I happened to know the blade size I needed this time, but it’s great peace of mind to know that I wouldn’t have to.

Most importantly, the blade fit perfectly and I was able to get proper tension. I’ve ordered from other places that make custom sawblades, and even though they claimed to be the right length (153"), I could never get enough tension—maxing it out would still leave the blade bowing and wobbling. With your blade, I was thrilled to not only achieve the right tension but also still have room to go higher if needed. That tells me it’s truly the correct size.

After speaking with James T., he helped me get the brushes and the blades I needed for my saw and helped me correct an error I made on checking out without getting all that I had wanted.

This was my first time to this website, and I was so impressed with the customer service. I worked with a few of the representatives and they were all so helpful!

I appreciated that Joe was really helpful in making suggestions on a blade for me. Not only one that matched the blade I am using now, but what we need for our application in a education.
