Working over the phone and getting the correct blade info.

I had trouble eplacing the order on line, maybe it was me, maybe your site was not clear??? Tried twice then I called in the order, after that it was great, your staff were totally cool and helped me get the order.

I like the product, but the supplied bolts for the lower guide were too short, and were coarse threaded, not the fine threads I have on my machine. Further, there were no instructions. However, my bandsaw is a totally different tool now.

Good selection of blades and very fast response and delivery. I haven't had time to try these blades out yet, but I am a return customer, so I guess that says something!!

Have Woodland Mills HM136MAX and know how well carbide tipped blades perform but never had any carbide tipped bands. I ordered 3 to see how they would perform. I put it on expecting to need to perform some degree of alignment, but I only set the tension and it tracked perfectly! My old blade was starting to leave fuzz lines across my boards but cutting with the new carbide tipped blade had my boards almost looking like they were freaking out of a surface planer. Very pleased with the blades.

Once in a while,and I mean just once I had one with a bad weld years ago,set in a picture of it and they sent me a new one right out other then that have been using them almost for a really long time.

Service was very fast, I had some glitches that were quickly resolved via e-mail. Nice to even get a response. They seem to care about customer service, an unknown factor now-a-days.
