Ordered package on Monday. It came on Tuesday email to Sala very quick response. Phone sent on Tuesday received notification they had received it on Wednesday am paid money out Wednesday tea time. Very professional company in my eyes. Yes I would definitely use again and pass the company name on to friends. 👌well done.

Faultless process, offered amazing price. Item sent on the Friday, received on the Monday and paid out on the same day! I did have to verify proof of purchase and ID but genuine sellers wouldn’t mind this and that additional check was complete within 15 minutes of me sending the email. The reason for this is because you submitted your device to us as NEW, when the device was showing multiple signs of usage. We are certain you submitted this dishonestly in order to obtain a higher quoted price.
We were not offering a price for used iPhone 12 Mini as we do not require this model and they are not in demand for us. This is the reason why we did not want to purchase your phone. Had it of been NEW, like you submitted, we would have bought this at the agreed price.
I believe you did speak to a member of our CS team who advised your £20 payment was not showing on our side and you have been asked to confirm the details it was sent to.

I traded in my iphone 11 for £250. They gave me a free package and label to put my device in and send it out to to sala phones. Smooth transaction on 250 pound added to my bank within 2 working days. Very good. Recommend.

Shady operation.
Got quoted £450 for my iPhone in very good condition. When they received the phone they claimed it was marked around the edges and therefore would only pay me £300. The phone is in absolutely perfect condition and looks brand new.
In my opinion, this is their business model. They quote a good price initially, then state the item is in a poor condition, therefore paying out less and making more money when they sell it on. Avoid.

We chose to counter-offer your device due to the damage on the chassis of the device. You were provided video evidence of the scratches to which you advised that it could be light marks and removable with a de-greasing agent.
Unfortunately, the damage was too extensive for us to just clean off and this meant that your device would need a housing replacement. This is the reason for the £150 deduction in price.
We have since returned your device back to you, free of charge, as you were not happy with this new offer.

Whish I could score zero! PLEASE READ BEFORE SENDING PHONE
What when wrong ?
Offered 600 pounds for my iPhone 14 Pro 256gb
Practically lived in a case with a screen protector took it our when packing to send to sala was actually chuffed how well its been kept not a single scratch (I'm ocd like that). Was happy with the priced offered at 600
just been emailed saying the phone has deep scratches. I HAVE PHOTOS TO PROVE THAT THE PHONE WAS IN PRESTINE CONDITION SO THEY LIE AND REDUCE THE PRICE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE I WILL BE SPEAKING TO AN ONBUDSMAN AND MAKING A FORMAL COMPLAINT

Recently sold a phone to sala phones. The price was what we agreed and they paid the money out the same day they got the phone. They did require me to send more documents but it wasn’t a hastle. Money received the day after they sent it and it was a lot more than places like CEX etc. thanks again sala phones

Great experience
Great experience, updated me on every action taken. The Offered price was decent compared to other companies and payment made same day, even tho i am still waiting for it.
Can I suggest you explore other payment methods that offer instant payments, for example PayPal or direct bank transfers. Also I was a bit surprised there is no telephone number to contact you guys on.

We used to offer PayPal, but unfortunately PayPal take a fee from your funds when making a business transaction and we were getting too many complaints so we decided to no longer offer this.
Also, we do use direct bank transfers but as a business this is slightly different as banking for personal use. All our payments are made same-day, so you would have got the funds yesterday. Most payments clear instantly, but some other bank providers can take longer.
