I have trade with Sala phone more than 7 times. They are very fantastic, customer service is nice, their price is top notch. I will definitely come back

I had a BNIB S25 ULTRA 512GB & went on recycling comparison site --Sala Phones came out as top offer, decided to sell phone to them. They sent a prepaid postage package which was no good as Royal Mail only covered item up to £150 so I sent via SD next day at cost of £10.45. Sala received phone then decided to ask me to prove my ID,address & for receipt of my purchase & wanted to know price paid originally. (none of this is advertised on their website), in fact they claim payment is received by 6pm or within 2 hours of phone inspection. My phone was received by them on Monday & payment from them was received early hours Wednesday morning a bit longer than their same day payment. I did receive the full amount offered (couldn't really offer anything lower as my phone was in it's original sealed package. There is no contact phone number & everything is done via their support email (which was fairly quick to reply) but a phone number would be better.

Best price online for my phone ,arrived within 2 days and payment was sent by the end of the day that it arrived ! Can’t fault the company or their service highly recommend

Good price, good communication I was always aware what was happening from when they received the phones up until payment. I used to use SELLMYPHONE but last time they delayed payment by 1 week so now I am using SalaPhones going forward.

(T-31669) I sent my iPhone the company kept in contact with me through emails and payment was sent after they needed ID and receipt of purchase for my phone overall a positive process would defo use them again

The Process was easy enough. Was told I would receive the Payment on the same day. The phone arrived and was tested well before 2.pm. Still no payment which is unusual with Revolut. Hopefully I receive soon.
