I did it totally backwards... after receiving the speakers I confirmed on the MartinLogan webpage they were an authorized dealer. I ordered speakers Tuesday. Wednesday they were here. Double boxed. In great condition. I am happy!

I spoke with Dave at Safe and Sound Audio and received expert advice on choosing the correct receiver for my stereo system. Dave provided me with "Extraordinary Customer Service" and based on his knowledge I ended up purchasing a Yamaha r-n602 Network Receiver at a very good price. I was treated like a VIP and my receiver was shipped the same day with free shipping! Thank you for a very satisfying purchase!

Wow the level of customer service is beyond awesome thank you for your call today it ment alot and I was truly blown away by your level of customer service no body and I mean no body calls a guest on Sunday morning to figure things out which it was a misunderstanding on my behalf but you still made adjustments that I wasn't due you have truly earned my business thank you.

Purchased a preamplifier. Had some questions before my purchase. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The preamp was shipped the same day and arrived at my door the next day. WOW. Safe and Sound are a class act.

You never really know what type of customer service you'll get from a company when ordering online. I can attest that Safe & Sound is simply exceptional. I order two fairly pricey Def Tech speakers. Upon arrival, one had an issue from the factory (assembly error). Dave immediately shipped me a replacement before I even returned the original. And then, 9 months later the other speaker developed the same problem. Again, with no questions asked he shipped another. Their prices are extremely competitive and with that type of service, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Efficient, Readily Available and Knowledgeable! In my experiences, these 3 titles are very hard to come by by anyone let alone an online retailer. Not with “Safe and Sound”. Shipped that very day I ordered and arrived very fast. I bought the unit as an open box, but you would have never of known it. “KUDOS” to you for your excellent customer service. I would definitely be a returning customer and recommend you to others.

Absolutely the best prices and the best customer service. I bought a lot of stuff (20+ ML speakers and multiple amps) from them for my new house and when construction on the house was delayed they held my order for me and shipped as soon as I moved in. There are very few, if any, e-commerce vendors that do it as well as they do.

this is the best store around, the very best service , i purchased a 10 " martin logan sub after getting it i found out there was a newer version so i called and no problem at all just charged the difference and free shipping this will be my first call for audio, and they answer the phone every time Great store

I saw that Safe & Sound had a number of Ebay auctions for high-end audio at really good prices so I decided to call the store. I spoke to MIchael who was extremely helpful and I made a purchase on the spot for 8 speakers and a new receiver. I already knew exactly what I wanted and he supported my plan and had everything in stock. While it was a great experience talking with Mike, two days later was the real surprise: Not only did they offer the best price anywhere in the US for my items, they shipped the next day after my order was placed FOR FREE, they are 100% authorized re-sellers (I checked the audio company's websites), they double-boxed everything and all items were absolutely a-stock factory new. I have found my new home for home theater components and will give Safe & Sound a call before looking anywhere else for all future home audio purchases. You read about those horrible places that up-sell you or charge you extra for included accessories and other nonsense as you navigate around the web for the best price... don't waste your time! And don't pay MSRP either! Call Mike or Dave at Safe & Sound!

I ordered an NAD integrated amp for a great price. It worked great but I decided that I wanted to return it and upgrade it for the NAD masters series. Unfortunately my wife left the box outside in the rain. They took the return no questions asked. Dave was great to deal with. The new NAD amp sounds awesome and I saved about 30 percent going with a refurbished unit. Fully recommended. Great prices, great to deal with!

I just made my 6th purchase from Safe & Sound and have been very happy with the products received. I have spoken to them several times and they could not have been nicer. I have purchased both "open box" as well as "new" product from them. The "open box" arrived in perfect condition and I could not tell it was not "new". When I ordered a large, heavy 15" subwoofer they made a special effort to make sure and protect the factory box so that it would arrive in perfect condition. I have spent several thousand dollars with them and will not hesitate to order again!

Purchased Marantz receiver and had an issue with the Firmware update. David went out of his way to help me resolve the issue fast! It’s so nice to place a call, actually have someone pick up and then try to help you!
So many times people just want to pass you off once they make a sale.

I ordered an open box Klipsch center speaker. It shipped 22 minutes after I placed the order. 22. Minutes. That is insanely great.

The speaker arrived a few days later (coming clear across the country), before another company I ordered the "matching" open box front speakers from a day earlier even shipped theirs. The speaker is in _perfect_ condition & was 40% less than list & more than $100 less than one from Amazon.
