I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
I purchased a shed in November 2025 and have experienced multiple quality issues within the first 6 months of ownership.
During the winter months, the shed suffered from significant dampness and mould growth resulting in us having to discard its contents. When I raised concerns, I was advised to reduce rain splashback from the ground.
More recently in the warm weather, the cladding boards have separated, leaving visible gaps between the panels and raising concerns about the shed’s ability to keep out the weather. In response, I was advised to reduce direct sunlight exposure and spray the shed with water during hot weather.
What has been most disappointing is the company’s response to these issues. They have repeatedly attributed them to normal environmental conditions and suggested measures that I do not believe are reasonable for the average customer.
This is a garden shed designed for outdoor use in the UK. Rain, sunshine, changing temperatures, damp conditions and seasonal weather variations are entirely normal and foreseeable. I do not believe it is reasonable to expect customers to actively manage these conditions in order for a shed to function properly.
When I raised concerns about the gaps appearing between the boards, the company dismissed the issue as natural timber movement and stated that no resolution was required. They also suggested that if I disagreed with the information contained in the assembly instructions, I should have returned the product before building it. This ignores the fact that it is impossible to assess how a shed will perform in real-world conditions without first assembling and using it.
For a product at this price point, I expected a shed that could withstand normal British weather conditions. Instead, I have experienced damp, mould, gaps forming in the cladding within months of purchase.
Very disappointing. Poor quality. Save your money.

The product is fine, communications less so…
The product is fine and pretty good value.
My only issue was that it was shown as ex stock and usually despatched within 24 hours on the site.
I ordered April 7th the item arrived in April 6th.
No problem with that either except that the only communication was the order acknowledgement and the despatch process... no indication that it wouldn't be shipped in 24 hours.
Communication was poor in this regard. Otherwise faultless..

We purchased the Hemsway 2 seater bench…
We purchased the Hemsway 2 seater bench along with the Ascot folding table both arrived very quickly, much less time than quoted. We are really pleased with the look and quality and the bench is very comfortable .
The assembly of the bench was quite easy but I would suggest using some lubricant on the screws, I used a touch of washing liquid , also be careful that you put the seat the right way up they are guide holes make sure they are on the bottom.
Very pleased with both products and the customer service I requested a replacement screw as I had damaged one and it arrived in a couple of days.
