I recently purchased a flower trough, was skeptical at first about quality, but upon receipt of the item we were impressed of the quality of the wood (heavy duty). Putting it together was simple (just under an hour and by myself). Would buy again from this company. Communication with transport company was good and delivery was prompt. Would buy again.

I visited Rowlinsons and was impressed with the quality and value of their products. As I result, I decided to order a planter on line - slightly more expensive, but the free delivery made it hassle free. However, when the product arrived, it was flat-packed, which I wasn’t expecting and didn’t want. I went back to the web site to check, the only place that is mentioned is in the’download’ and no one else - not even in the product description. For the price, I expected a fully constructed planter. Also, the quality didn’t look great - a lot of cracks, and very rough cut. As I result I rejected the delivery.

Great looking furniture. Chairs came preassembled. Table simple to put together, I lost one of the screws and they were quick to send a new one out.

Arrived in super quick time.log roll was a very competitive price.
I have not had time yet to put it in the garden.

Nice sturdy arch, relatively easy to put together for 2 people and looks great in-situ. Very happy with the quality and appearance of our Cheltenham Arch.

This is a great value set. We bought it to replace a very similar set (from a different supplier) that we’ve had for 17 years, but is now literally falling apart. This new set is very slightly smaller across the table and chairs but it’s still perfectly decent and practical. I’ve dropped one star because the four chairs without arms have a back support that does not go as high as the arm chairs or what I’m used to in my previous set. I would rather have paid a little more than have the economy made via less wood. But I am still happy with this purchase.

Poor quality planter that does not reflect the quality shown on the website. This is not ‘easy assembly’. Be prepared to drill the necessary holes and to have to take apart the base and cut it with a jigsaw to trim it to size. We have had to fit the back panel upside down with the nails showing as it was the only way it fitted. The planter is not level and there are gaps in joints in the corners. We needed to sand the rough edges and remove a nail that was sticking out in the middle of one panel. It took about four hours for a competent DIY’er to put together and to address the poor quality to make the best of it.

The planter we ordered was dispatched and delivered very promptly, with useful updates as to when to expect the item to be dropped off. The item is beautifully made, with elegant smoothly rounded corners, and the 1.8m length allows for a good display of plants. In fact we liked it so much we ordered two more! Again these were delivered promptly and efficiently. Excellent product and service.

I bought a wooden table, bench and chairs, and they were excellent quality which exceeded my expectation. The only comment is that the pre-drilled holes for the larger screws were not deep enough making it difficult to assemble initially until I got the drill out!! A good experience all round.

Minor issue stops this being 5 stars.
Despite SPECIFICALLY giving FULL delivery instructions, advice and requests - the Delivery Driver still goes by the SatNav and NOT by the actual address which is very annoying when it is just myself and my sister - at 63 years old (twins) - and we're (wo)man-handling heavy garden planters to the correct address!!

Having done a little research into similar products, quality, price point etc, opted for 1.2m heavy duty bench.
It was delivered by a courier in good time, however the courier had not looked after the delivery, as when we went to assemble, found the fixings were not in the bag.
Contacted Rowlinson by email to advise, and was resolved in a couple of days, no questions asked.
Assembled the Picnic Bench, items that suggested needed pre drilling, were in fact drilled making it a spanners and screwdriver assembly, very easy.
Sits on the Patio,and with current weather, used most days.

Very prompt dispatch of garden furniture set unfortunately the delivery company APC made a terrible mess of delivering it to my address. First cancelling original date and the after rescheduling delivering it to the wrong address the local hospital !
But very happy with the product when it eventually arrived.

Recently purchased a garden dining table and chairs. The delivery was prompt, and the product was well packaged. The quality is exceptional, table is absolutely solid and looks even better than it did on the website. Really stylish comfortable chairs, the contract between the Black metal legs and the wood with woven chairs really makes a statement. So far am really pleased, only gripe is that I saw the same product on a competitors website £100 cheaper. But due to the positive experience I have had with the company that's a small price to pay. Time will tell in regards to durability, its a shame the company don't offer a furniture cover. I would recommend rowlinson, products appear to be well made. Great service

Superb quality archway... Very sturdy .
Delivery was quick .

I purchased a garden half parasol and a rustic arch as first purchase. The same parasol was then reduced in price after I installed it and because it was nice, I decided to order a second one at the reduced price. However when assembled it looked terrible as the side material sagged,
so much under the maximum hight(3rd hole) to the point I couldn't leave up next to the first one purchased. Probably reduced meant seconds quality? Removed and stored for spare parts!!!
