It was great!!
It was great!!! only trouble, the hotel in Limerick was waaay to far from the city and unaccesible on foot. We missed our bus to Dublin and had to wait more than two hours for the next one. A better location would have been great

Dear Gabriela,
Thanks for taking the time to review us!
We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our service overall, and regret that your hotel in Limerick was not in a suitable location for you. When it comes to hotels, we've done our best to include all possible information about a hotel ahead of time to avoid any surprises. This includes mapping, listed facilities, pictures (provided by the hotel), and user reviews which can help verify a hotel's presentation of itself.
We'd be happy to help you check up on the quality of your chosen hotels before booking in the future to the best of our abilities - just let us know!
All my best,
Robyn

Accommodation with Complete Ease
A friend and I booked our entire 4 weeks accommodation needs with RoutePerfect. It worked like a breeze. All the hotels were ready for our arrival, everything was noted as prepaid, and all the hotels were great - as advertised. Would recommend using RoutePerfect to anyone organising their own travel schedule without hesitation. Thank you.

Southern France
Great site. Took us to places we wouldn't have thought of. While some of the hotels were small (Parisian), the front desk staff made up for it at every place we stayed. Easy to connect to EuroRail. Great trip.

Dear Michael,
We're very glad to hear your hotel package was enjoyable. We definitely understand that in the past our trip planner has had issues during the planning process, which is why we recently launched a brand-new version of our site. It's still undergoing maintenance, but will soon offer an adding/removing process that runs very smoothly. We hope you'll be able to make use of it soon!

I loved working with RoutePerfect
I loved working with RoutePerfect. The website is fun to navigate, choosing different paths and accommodations, and the team was quick to respond whenever I had questions. My ONLY complaint was the directions/maps to our lodging were a little confusing. I've recommended this company to many people and will use it when I next visit Europe.

Dear Anne,
We're SO happy to hear you enjoyed your experience with us so much, including the site, our support team, and your trip itself.
With regards to lodging locations - though each hotel is plotted on a map on our site, we don't actually offer directions for how to arrive there at this time. We do endeavor to personally assist any of our travelers who can't seem to find the right route ahead of time (or even during the duration of their trip), but ultimately transportation routes are left to the responsibility of the traveler. We hope to be able to offer more navigational features in the future!
All my best,
Robyn

We did have transportation offered at one point, but due to complications with the providers, we removed the option for the benefit of our travelers. We definitely plan to reestablish this option by the end of the year!
