Would have definitely loved to get my flowers for valentines day on time but it’s status has yet to be shipped for 10 days. I have gotten no response either unfortunately I am very confused on what happened because I’d get ads on it for valentines day and I am left empty handed for valentines day now.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine’s Day and paid extra for them to be delivered on time. There no where near me and it’s due to come Tuesday after 7 whole days.. that’s called a scam. I didn’t pay over $250 for flowers, to have them delivered after Valentine’s Day. You can keep them and give me a full refund for not holding up your end. The excuse of the carrier not doing their job has nothing to do with us and also if you had it shipped next day delivery or 2 day delivery it would’ve been on time. You literally probably had them shipped with the slowest and cheapest option. I ship things regularly and never has it taken me to get something sent inside the USA let alone being both on East coast 7 days..No I don’t want that pathetic offer of $20 off my next order because I won’t be using your company again. Go ahead and process my refund because I haven’t heard back from when I emailed you. Scam company
My order number is at the top. I have emailed multiple times no answer. The only resolution is a refund. You didn’t hold your end up. Thanks

Placed an order and have not been able to reach anyone from the company. I received a notification on Monday noon, that the flowers for Valentine’s Day were at a shipping partner and awaiting usps.
As of tonight (Wednesday night) the flowers have not moved and no updates on the tracking website.
The shipping partner is not responding either.
I paid for expedited shipping and that seems to have been a waste.
I have tried to email and call Rose forever and get no response.
To spend $150 for Valentine’s Day surprise and be left empty handed is unacceptable.

spent a good amount of money on them (3 smaller boxes of flowers) planned to give a box to my mom, aunt, and grandma. never arrived. tried to contact, never got an answer. money was definitely wasted. should definitely get at least something back for it.

If you order flowers at 12:30 on Friday they will arrive on Tuesday Even if you pay for overnight delivery.

What good is having preserved roses that smell terrible? When you receive a gift of flowers that cost 260.74 with something called rose protection including tax and you open it you expect it to smell good. Then read on the site that they can’t guarantee they will smell good and have a no return policy. It’s an absolute rip off and waste of money. The order was placed on Saturday may 25, and was a late b-day present from my best friend. I received them on the 31st but since I work over night didn’t get to open them til Monday. Talk about disappointing. I would not recommend ANY1 to this company. I sent an email, and have not gotten a response. Also I am a trusted google reviewer. 6/8/24 I NEVER sent an email saying ANYTHING about changing my address/email address. I do in fact have an email offering me $30 for something that cost $260! I have that email. I don’t know what kind of game this is. Accepting people’s hard earned money for flowers that smell so bad it’s migraine triggering but having reviews saying the total opposite but I will be sharing. I guess this response is for trust pilot…..with no way for interactions to be tracked or read by the public so I had to come back under my original communication just to respond. BUYER BEWARE THESE ROSES SMELL AWFUL‼️

We placed our order am Wednesday early and received them the following Tuesday after paying extra for delivery by Mother's Day. Tried very day to email them but was sent a very generic email bad. Very disappointed as love the flowers. This order was shipped to Florida not the UK

I would give a zero star review if I could I ordered $500 worth of flowers (2 large arrangements) for mothers day and dispite many emails never got any respons back AND NEVER GOT THE FLOWERS!

UPDATE: I don't know what this company is trying to pull here? You guys are TWO YEARS too late. This happened Feb 2022 (its mid 2024). I went through this with your company at the time and you were less then enthusiastic to help. As a matter of fact I emailed you multiple times asking so help and provided ALL of the information including many photos and was ignored which resulted in me having to go through BBB and PayPal in order to resolve this because your company chose to brush this concern off instead of offering a solution. Your company also requested and received the damaged flowers back (via paypal claims customer care) which on top of initially sending poor quality - ungiftable, damaged roses (which ruined my event and plans to say the least ) you also gave me the hassle of mailing this massive package back, which is perfectly fine since they would have ended up in the trash either way ( I truly wish I can post photos on Trustpilot for all to see) - But was a massive inconvenience to top this whole horrible experience off. Not to mention that your company had no intention of refunding this order unless I had escalated things through BBB and PayPal which took over a month of back and forth FYI.
Now your reaching out with this response 2 years later? Thank you for reminding me of how horrible your customer care is and how fake your website is, I will be sure to spread my experience with @roseforever elsewhere.

Spend $280 on a box full of roses and get something that looks like its been rolling around on the floor for days. I ordered these for the first time and when I opened the box they looked horrible. The roses were all cracked and ripped, every petal was damaged. When I reached out to the company they told me this was natural and expected from roses basically....sorry but I wasn't born yesterday and I know what roses look like, and this is a damaged poor quality item they sent out. Unfortunately they mail out roses for free to YouTubers in exchange for fake reviews. The customer care is a joke, I understand you don't want to lose money on your product but when you promise "luxury" "fresh" looking roses and mail out broken roses covered in glue for almost $300 you have to expect realistically customers to be upset about it. Not to mention I offered to mail these back to you for "inspection" and you guys in turn blocked me. Great way to handle a problem with the customer. Dear Reader : If you are smart enough to search "real reviews" for this company I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your preserved roses ( there are a million other companies with legit reviews and ethical customer care)
