Online fraudulent company
Do not waste your money. I placed an order mid-January for a Valentines gift. After seeing the order was delivered to the wrong address, I contacted customer support, which turned out to be a tremendous waste of time. Initially the company stated I ordered for “pick up” at a post office 30 miles from delivery address. When I forwarded the original order back to them showing it was order to be delivered to my child’s dorm, they replied that the mistake could not be corrected and she would need to travel the 30 miles to retrieve the order. Absolutely unacceptable. I explained my child was in university and did not have a vehicle to do a pick up. I requested a refund or, that the order be reshipped and delivered to the address AS I ORDERED it to be. Neither has happened and no reply has been received regarding their mistake. This has been a waste of $100, my time and this company is a fraud.

Hello Dean, we sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment this situation has caused you. We completely understand how upsetting this must be, especially since this was meant to be a special gift for your child.
After carefully reviewing your order, it shows that the package was shipped to the original address provided at checkout. However, for reasons noted by the carrier, the package was not delivered directly to that address. To prevent potential loss or theft, the driver redirected the parcel to the local post office and left a notice card with instructions for pickup.
We truly regret the inconvenience this has caused, particularly given your child’s circumstances. Unfortunately, once a package has been redirected and is being held by the carrier, we are unable to request that it be rerouted to an alternative address.
Again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

To clarify, the additional items were added through a promotional pop-up offer during the checkout process, which requires customer confirmation before proceeding. Our system records show that the offer was accepted, which is why the extra boxes were included in the final order.
We understand that this may not have been your intention, and we are very sorry for the misunderstanding. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to cancel or modify it, as the items are already in preparation or in transit.
That said, we truly appreciate your feedback and will be reviewing our checkout experience to ensure it is clearer and more transparent for future customers. Your input is valuable to us, and we regret that this did not meet your expectations.
Timely Correction
I had a special where I got 2 flower arrangements for a discounted price but I wanted to send them to 2 different addresses. Also I forgot to submit my note for the flowers. I emailed the customer support and they responded right away and cleared up my orders and got them to their destinations in a timely manner.

I Ordered flowers for my wife's…
I Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday on 10/4/2025. I received them on 10/8/2025. When I opened the box I noticed red and black sie color on the box. I pulled the flowers out of rhe box and noticed instantly that they were smashed and not fluffed out as they looked in the pictures on line. Now I'm going back and forward through via email because I can't get no one one on the phone to tell them about these horrible flowers they sent. .
