The Supaslate Eco Line is supplied in convenient packs providing 1m² of coverage. The guidance on our website is intended as a straightforward estimate based on roof area, and also advises that an allowance should be made for cuts, waste and project-specific detailing. It also states that the final quantity required remains the responsibility of the customer or installer.
We also provide dedicated online roofing calculators for customers who would like more detailed assistance when calculating materials for their particular project.
As advised when you contacted us, our returns policy does not allow us to accept part-order returns or leftover materials, including individual unopened packs. This policy is outlined in our terms and conditions and applies consistently to all orders.
We’re sorry that this has affected your overall experience, but we appreciate your feedback and are glad that you were pleased with the product itself.

Had trouble with the system to pay so ended up doing a bank transfer. Staff great and the tech guy really helpfull. Due to amount ordered had free delivery and very quick, big issue with the delivery company, not connected to roofin as no communication on delivery day or time, was expecting a phone call at least with a morning or afternoon slot or an hour warning of arrival. Got a call when he was at the house, left order on the drive, lucky the area is pretty safe with nearly £1700 og goods left on the drive so be warned
