Rok marsh were brilliant from start to finish as they took over our sale from another vendor and then also dealt with our purchase as well.
The difference between Rok and our first vendor was literally night and day. Couldn't be more helpful and clear. Also the communication along the whole journey was excellent which just helps so much.
Would definitely use rok marsh again if required and recommend them to anyone i know.

Having just completed the sale of my property with ROK Marsh and the lovely Ellen Harvey, I simply couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Ellen has been on hand the whole way through, using WhatsApp meant I could message with any query as it hit my brain and Ellen or one of the team always replied in good time. Ellen has worked tirelessly to facilitate a painless transaction and especially when my purchaser’s solicitor was not very good with communication. If you’re looking for a friendly professional, no fuss, approach then Ellen is the agent to ask in my opinion.

Danielle Kelly and the team at ROK Marsh are INCREDIBLE!! So quick to respond to literally everything (I'm sure she never has a break!!) The WhatsApp group chats are an amazing idea and it means that those 2am thoughts can be fired off and someone will be right back to you in the morning. Really lovely person too which just helps the amazing work she does.

From the moment we put our house on the market until completion ROK Marsh were fantastic, they were always there when there was a problem(Solicitor) and there were many. They were easy to communicate with and nothing was to much trouble, first class service!

Professional, competent and friendly service.

We met Danielle on the first and subsequent second viewing. She was friendly, accommodating and tool the time to answer our questions. We also had young children with us, with whom se was equally accommodating.

Throughout the buying process she was efficient and kept us up to date with progress from up and down the buying chain, which was helpful. The process took around 3 months from start to finish and always felt in hand, well managed and well communicated.

The only develop area I would have liked personally, would have been more access to the property prior to the exchange of contracts, to satisfy ourselves on certain issues. That said, we have taken over the property now, and it has all happened seamlessly, so probably my own anxieties driving this.

All in all, a really professional service - thank you.

Absolutely fantastic service from all involved from start to finish . No question was a stupid one and we felt listened to . Very smooth transaction and we are all settled in .

The whole process was streamline from the minute we met Matt. He came to our house sat with us and went through our lending options. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us confidence. The pictures were taken within a week and we were live on Rightmove. We had regular viewings arranged and they catered to our needs having young children. There was an online portal where we could view everything that was going on in terms of booked viewings and feedback. They sold our house and kept us updated the whole time and checked in. I would 100% recommend to friends and family.

Ellen and Lucy have been nothing short of spectacular in sorting out our house sale. From the moment we met them we knew we were in safe hands . Friendly and always happy to help. Great communications. They completely took us under their wings and guided us faultlessly through the whole process.

Danielle was really attentive and supported us very well through a difficult purchase (no fault of Rok Marsh). She was the there to do all the chasing and communicating.

We asked Danielle Kelly to help us let our property. We knew nothing of the process or what to expect as it was our first time. From the get go we felt so comfortable, she was so knowledgeable, answered all 400 thousand of our questions, kept us informed throughout and is just such a lovely person to liaise with. Really bad timing with the property only available to view 5 days before Christmas, Danielle worked so hard to arrange viewings both before Christmas and the New Year holidays, securing an excellent outcome for the full monthly rental price I was looking for.
