Matt, Bliss and the ROK Marsh team have created a brilliant networking event which has also fostered a growing community. I've attended the monthly ROK Marsh/RBS Solutions for our Customer Experience business for a while now and each time I have taken away great connections, conversations and learned something new that I didn't expect. We're very well looked after at the Spark Community Space and I'd highly recommend the productive, informative and supportive group to any local businesses looking to network, learn and grow.

Having lost a sale through a well-known high street estate agents at the beginning of 2024, we reached out to ROK Marsh who seem to have redesigned and reinvented the whole working order of Estate Agency. From the moment we met Danielle we knew we were in safe hands. She took on everything we told her, from hurdles we found with our failed sale and things we didn't want to experience again. We had a WhatsApp group between ourselves, Danielle, Matt (the owner) and a couple of other office people. This is genuinely genius! We did not have the easiest sale process due to difficult solicitors, but Danielle kept us calm and updated throughout. She made sure we knew, at every step of the way, what was happening and what we could do to help. 10/10. 100% would recommend. You guys kept our chain alive and we are now living in our long-term home.

Rok Marsh hold the most amazing monthly networking event at Spark Community Centre, helping to promote Spark and make some pennies for them. The event is very well attended by local businesses and is a very welcoming and friendly space. Matt and his team are great hosts. You must try this meeting out, you won't regret it.

ROK Marsh have consistently hosted well organised events over the past 2-3 years where I have been able to meet local like-minded professionals, build genuine relationships, and grow my business.

Besides this, I have always recommended their services to those in need of it which has never led to any kind of disappointment. I even viewed one of the properties they let, and although I have a relationship with them they treated the situation very fairly by not giving me any special treatment and working in favour of their landlord.

It's rare to find genuine people in business these days so I feel privileged to have crossed paths with them.

Great experience from start to finish with Danielle Kelly and the ROK Marsh team. I had 2 other previous agents out prior to Danielle coming and it was clear from the get go the difference in quality between her and the other agents. From instruction of the property to sale completion was around 9 weeks in total. Regular updates and a WhatsApp group where you could drop a message if you had any questions and a response was given within a very quick time. It’s clear you can see Danielle is very passionate about her job and this helps tremendously as-well as her warming personality. I have to give a mention also to Ellen who was also helpful throughout the whole process. Couldn’t recommend Danielle and the ROK Marsh team anymore if I tried! Once again, thank you.

I purchased my new home through ROK Marsh and from the first viewing through to completion Danielle and Ellen were brilliant. The communication on chain details and what status everyone was at was invaluable and made moving a lot less stressful. They were so much better than my estate agents I used to sell.
