Matt and the team at ROK Marsh provided outstanding service for my mortgage needs and everything involved in selling my house including property listing and viewings etc. They are very responsive and keep you informed every step of the way providing relevant advice which is very reassuring with the complications that can arise in property selling. Highly recommended and will definitely be using again.

ROK were absolutely fantastic in finding us tenants when we emigrated to Canada and rented out our property in the UK. They are now maintaining the property whilst we are living abroad and communicating with us as and when needed. ROK have been first class in our experience and we would highly recommend them. We wouldn't go with any other company as we know with them we are well looked after and should any issues arise within our property, they will deal with it to the best of their ability leaving us with nothing to worry about. I couldnt rate Danielle enough! We met at a house that we didnt end up liking, but Danielle asked what we needed and found us our new house so fast. She helped link us to a solicitor and i wish we went with her advise and use her mortgage advisors too, unfortunatly I signed up to a mortgage advisor previously and didnt want to change at the time. We had so many issues with the mortgage advisors, but danielle was very helpfull, she helped put pressure on the company dealing with us and helped speed the process up. She was very reliable, and answered rapidly to help us every step of the way . She even replied when on holiday ! She was amazing!
