I already had the rocket, but purchased extra straps for it and purchased a whoosh which I love and highly recommend.
The service was quick and efficient and I was kept me updated on dispatch and the delivery was very quick.

we bought this product to assist in getting children to sleep, it does what it supposed to do and it does it well.
we did encounter a small technical issue but the customer service was outstanding. all emails were answered within a couple of hours and the problem was fixed within a couple of days.
as far as recommended company you cant get better service, i would 100% buy from them again.

Brilliant little device. I bought it as a present for my Daughter and she loves it .Helps get baby to sleep and stay asleep especially in the house so she can get things done. It’s rechargeable too . I actually first saw it on another mums pram and asked her what it was , she highly recommend it .

I have left a review before about how amazing the rockit is in general, absolute worth every bit of money for your sanity also I had a problem with my rockit and they solved the problem out immediately, thankyou so much the customer service is amazing !!

We bought this for our newborn baby in May. Our main reason for getting it initially was because we also have a 15 month old and thought we might not have as much time to rock the baby as we did with our first.
Our only regret, is that we didn’t have this for baby #1 aswel. It has been one of the best purchases we have made for our baby. Our little one has had a tough start and needs an extra bit of soothing. We have a connection on his co-sleeper and pushchair so we can easily take the Rockit off one to the other.
We had a very small issue with charging and got in touch with their Customer Service. The customer service was 10/10!!! Very quick and efficient, and sent us out a replacement without any hesitation. Thank you so much for creating this wonderful product and for your equally wonderful customer service!!!

The website is great, very informative about their products if you’re not sure which one to purchase.
Purchased the latest model and at the time an offer was on supplying us with an extra bracket for the Rockit item.
Quick delivery, well packaged, would definitely purchase from them again.

Battery life was rubbish and it's such a hassle to change. Wasn't strong enough even on the highest setting. Honestly waste of money

Everyone goes on about the Rockit but people need to get the Wooshh. We have other sound machines but this is my fav one. Baby girl likes to watch it hanging from her pram. It's so small. Perfect for out and about.

They sent us one that doesn't work because the mechanism inside isnt long enough to start the rocker. So my husband had to put some cardboard in to make it work. It did work once, the first time I used it but soon after, it used up all the battery power so it doesn't work again until you change the batteries which will only last one day. Complete waste of money as it doesn't work as it should and wasn't made properly. It was also too late to return as we only found out the mechanism inside wasn't long enough once we opened it up.

Fantastic products, but also really great service. Something was wrong with our order and with one email it was sorted quickly and without me having to do anything else at all.

Got 3 times from rockit (woosh, rockit and the night light). While woosh and light are nice to haves, rocker is a must have. I attach it to the baby car seat and the baby just falls asleep. Works even in a loud restaurant.

Excellent customer service. Prime example of how it should be done and will get returning customers and people recommending them due to the great service. The clasp on my rockit snapped and they sent me out a replacement for free. Thank you!

I second the review stating “Nobel Peace Prize” to the inventor.
Our 4 week old loves the movement and settles him so nicely when he’s agitated or just plain tired. It’s a god send and the best £50.00 we’ve spent!
