When zero stars part 3

Digital music center purchased September 2019.

9 months after the purchase date, I finally had a working jukebox. However, the software platform wasn’t very smooth. It had a lot of “bugs” unexpectedly based on it being a luxury item.

Met with CEO and explained all the issues and he admitted the new platform was released to the public before it was ready. He said a new software platform would be available after 3 months.

16 months after that they collected the unit back from me and promised the new platform was ready. They’d be able to return to me with all new parts and software in less than 3 months.

They still have it now 8 months after collecting it.

Moreover, they refuse to communicate progress updates and the CEO has directed the local (US) customer service dept. to not respond to my questions, calls, or voicemails.

When will I get my property back?

Dear Charles,

It is good to hear from you again and sorry to read that you are so unsatisfied with our actions and communications. You know how seriously I take customer service, as I have spent many hours on the telephone to you, as have our team.

I understand your desire to publish this on a open platform so it is necessary for me to respond to you and remind you of what we have done for you thus far, also to detail some of your actions as well.

We have gone to great lengths to improve the digital music platform, this has been achieved and your Jukebox has been updated with the very latest software. It works very well and I am sure you will be pleased!

By way of compensation for your frustrations we have also upgraded your Jukebox with a much larger memory, 2TB and extended the warranty for a further 2 years. With your agreement, we took your Jukebox back to the factory, picked it up at our cost and will ship it back to your new home at our cost as well. It will leave this week.

Cheron has told you that I wanted to inspect your Jukebox personally when I am back the factory in a couple of weeks. But given your desire to have it back quickly we will ship it to you now.

I have always taken an approach of mutual respect in my business dealings, we value our customers but would respectfully ask that you afford us with the same level of respect.

After all of the effort and improvements we have made to your Jukebox, the upgrades and the extended warranty. We feel it is unreasonable to demand an installation service into your basement. We are located thousands of miles away from your home and could not possibly arrange this. We will of course deliver it into your home, we are a Jukebox manufacturer and not a home removal service.

We are also still very upset that you decided to throw away the Jukeboxes computer, this was worth $1700. We sent you an advance replacement computer and therefore the computer that was taken out of your Jukebox became our property. This was not a reasonable course of action and would question your judgement and motivation to throw away an almost brand new computer?

Given your behavior to us I have always kept the door open for a full refund, even though the machine is now over 2 years old.

Cheron will update you on shipping details before the weekend.

Great Company - Great Product

I ordered my Jukebox in early January 22 for my wife's birthday on April 13th. I found every aspect of the transaction to be superb! As the process continued, I was kept informed by the customer service department, Cheron Griffin, of how things were proceeding. She was sensitive to my need for the unit for the birthday and did everything to make that happen. The unit arrived, we set it up, and everything was exactly as expected. I recommend dealing with the factory when possible, for excellent service. Best purchasing experience I have had and the product is excellent. You get what you pay for!!

Our Juke box bubble tube got busted…

Our Juke box bubble tube got busted during our move. I called and actually talked to a person. Which is so unheard of these days. I was able to order the right part and felt good about it since I spoke with someone. All good. Thanks.

no acknowledgement

There was no acknowledgement that an order for a 10K jukebox had been placed. I contacted you by email and received a response saying it will be 20 weeks before delivery.
Who takes 100% funding and waits 20 weeks to deliver the goods?
Very disappointed in the delivery time.
Hoping/praying the product is worth the cash spent.

I recieved a key that doesn't work and have been trying to get a hold of someone through email but no one has responded. Been 3 days and still waiting. I just want a key that works on my rock-ola 442

Quality product

Quality product, very quick delivery. Company calls you after you place your order, and makes sure everything is correct and if you have any special instructions or request.

I was sent the wrong springs

I was sent completely the wrong springs. Like comically different than what was listed in the catalog and what my machine needed.

Awesome experience! They actually called me to let me know they were testing the product out first before they shipped it. Kept me notified through the whole process and it showed up early and in excellent condition

We bought a Jukebox!

We saw a Rock-ola in the lobby of a restaurant we like and decided it was a really cool looking piece of furniture that would look really nice in our den. We called the factory and a super nice lady walked us through the procedure and -boom- just like that our unit was placed in the production queue and we are really looking forward getting updates on the build and delivery! Their website is very well set up and does their products justice with nice pics and descriptions. Highly recommend!
