My package was on time and packed very well.

I was needing new rollers to go under my Rock-ola Model 426 Jukebox. The ones that were on it were the original ones put on in 1965. I was able to find what I needed on the Rock-ola website and order them. They were shipped shortly after my order was placed and I received them in a few days, even with deliveries running behind in many cases. They were easy to replace and fit my 1965 jukebox with ease.

I ordered synchronous motors for the color tubes of my 90's era Rowe - AMI bubbler jukebox. The Rock Ola motors look to be a drop in replacement and improvement on the originals. They arrived very quickly and well packed.

Ordered a new remote for my old 1997 Rock Ola Jukebox. It was delivered quickly and work perfectly out of the box. Couldn't be happier to have my Jukebox working completely again.

The jukebox arrived in perfect condition. It was easy to inititiate. My recommendation would be to include the WiFi bridge and a hard copy manual with each jukebox. Raise the price to cover these items. Another $250 would not be an issue with the buyer, and they would be more that pleased upon arrival of the box. If the cd loading wizard has noted the time of each track, it should be possible to only download those tracks from a boxed set cd that you want to record without having to manually load all tracks when can be as many as 20-25 and you only want 7 of them. Is that possible? If not, an update to the software would solve that issue. Why does the jukebox “pop” when it is powered off. Not a big deal, but it scares the dog. That’s a bigger deal. Just asking. As a side note, I bought a 45 Gazelle jukebox from Ross Blomgren in 1984. I - foolishly - sold it with my last house and it was working perfectly as it had from day one. Keep up the good work. Glen Streeter has proven that as I travel down memory lane, I’m not the only one on the train. Looking forward to good times with my new toy.

Their overall communication and service to the consumer is great, they called me the same day I ordered the jukebox. A little disappointed that they are not up front on their website, (its there, but you have to look for it), that their lead times are at least 20 weeks right now. I understand with supply chain why, but be up front and obvious about it on the site, especially during the checkout process. Also, if you are going to spend $8,500 for a jukebox, probably a little disappointing that they charge you the day you buy it, instead of the day they ship it like many company's due who have extended lead times. I am excited about getting a Rock-Ola jukebox, just not excited about waiting until next March to see it....

I purchased a Digital Music Center in November 2020. Received the jukebox 6 months later. Okay, blame it on Covid-19. Beautiful center, it's the bomb! Somewhat disappointed with the sound though. It seems muffled even after adjusting the equalizer settings. The drag and drop single tracks into the "Now Playing" area is hit and miss. The import media feature creates separate albums comprised of one or two tracks when the imported songs comprises a single album. It's best to just load cd's instead. Maybe this can be fixed in a future release. Overall, very pleased with the unit.

I have been reviewing several Rock-Ola jukebox dealers trying to decide who I trusted the most with my purchase. My conclusion was the company called IN THE NEW AGE, LLC. They were available for chat, answered the phone, and quoted me a great price. We tried a few other companies, but the wife and I did not feel comfortable with them therefore, ITNA
will be our choice this Christmas season. Cheers!

I ordered a CD Walnut Coin Jukebox back on 05/25/2021 with Ms. Cheron Griffin, sales was approved for White Glove Delivery. Finally on September 14, 2021 I was contacted by the delivery company to schedule a Garage delivery drop off. I questioned about my selection of White Glove delivery into my Game Room inside the House not the garage and was advised the Rock-Ola Company did not pay for that delivery service. After four days of trying to speak to Ms. Cheron she communicated that the delivery company by the name of Customs Companies Inc., does not offer White Glove Delivery which in fact was not true because I had already reached out to Customs Company Inc., and they do offer it but were not paid for such a delivery. As of today September 20, 2021 I am still awaiting a resolution to my delivery, waiting to hear from Mr. Alexander Walder-Smith, CEO to see why I was mislead by Cheron Griffin about the delivery of this expensive Unit. Please think twice before buying from this manufacturer as you may encounter a Garage Delivery dilemma.

I have been working directly with Mr. Walder-Smith for the last 2 weeks and extremely happy to update my previous review, within 48 hours he immediately took ownership of my complaint and within days my beautiful Jukebox was delivered to my man cave in perfect condition as expected.
I'm so glad to have dealt with such a professional person that did not hesitate for a minute to find a final resolution and has gone above and beyond to assist me with technical questions with the jukebox set up.
This has been my second jukebox from Rock-Ola within 25 years and definitely will not be the last, quality and U.S.A craftsmanship of this beautiful machine is the best in the market.

Just received my Peacock CD Bubbler last week. Amazing Sound and craftmanship. I can open the front with one finger! Beautiful cabinet and filled with features. Way to go Rock-ola.

I ordered a new remote for my Rock-Ola CD jukebox. The new one has a lot more functionality which makes it much better than the one I was using. Seemed like it took a long time to get it but I wasn't in a hurry.

I have bought several things and it has always been a great experience. Everything has been in stock and shipped very fast.

I give it 5 stars for fit and finish and 0 stars for the sound. Sounds like my 1967 chevy pickup radio, underwater. Just awful. No definition, no clarity, sounds like mud. I have 2 stereo systems in my house and another two in my shop. All four put this to shame. We have normal volume set to 73% if you go over 83% it is almost unlistenable. Certainly not hi-fi by any stretch of the imagination. I have not contacted Rock-ola yet as we are still getting it setup. Soo.. disappointed.
