Wrong Price oil. €878 for 500 litres. This needs to be investigated.

Same as A Nolan. Ordered Sunday morning. No confirmation email. Money taken from account. No oil delivered. Emailed multiple times. No response.

Update : Thursday : oil delivered and at the same price/quantity as ordered. Although this is more than 48 hours after their initial 48 hour delivery promise. Totaling 4 days wait.

No phone number, they took money and no confirmation email and no oil delivered what can I do? Has any had same experience?

Ordered oil Saturday evening, it arrived first thing Tuesday morning. Driver 95 on docket, a very pleasant man and super efficient. Overall super service. Many thanks

Ordered 500L of kerosine. I got about 100L only. Meter readings dateon docket is september 2010. The delivery date is 24/2/26. No office no phone number no answer to email. Can help garda at this situation?

I ran out of kerosene at 10.pm last night and ordered on line, and to my pleasant surprize it was delivered today 12 noon. Excellent service and a very competitive price.

We ordered oil on Tuesday. Told estimated delivery was Thursday. No sign of them on Thursday so I rang at 3pm and was told the delivery was delayed and would be coming Friday before lunch. Friday morning 8am I received this text: “This is your OIL Driver. Your delivery will be with you in the next 30 minutes. Please do not reply as this is an automated message.” It got to 1pm and no sign so I contacted them via email. They rang back and told me the delivery wouldn’t be here until tomorrow but provided no explanation as to why and described the text I received as “weird”. Super unhappy and I will never order from them or Klass oil again.

Please do not use this company for oil .
Ordered oil and was told it was coming the 3rd , then changed date to the 5th I worked from home that day to get the oil , I called them at 3pm and they told me it would be tuesday , Tuesday came and still no oil i called them again and they said now Wednesday, there website says two days but this false advertisement. They don't contact you yo tell you its not coming . I had to work from home three days when there was no need. Just use anther company

I ordered 500 litres and paid on line on Dec 16th to top up for Christmas. The kerosene was delivered on Dec 17th. I got a text 10mins before the driver arrived to say he was on the way. The driver was very nice gave me a docket told me my tank was full at 479 litres. I emailed for a refund for the 21 litres which I dully recieved. From my experience I would recommend them. The were also the most competitively priced.

I would strongly agree with reviews prior to mine.
Unprofessional and " Avoid " are very true judgements.
Apparently our oil was delivered some time between 31/12 and 5/01. This was only ascertained after dipping the oil tank and following numerous telephone calls to RPO, Klass Oil and the local agents.
The Driver did not make contact and did not submit a Loading Bill / Docket.
This outfit needs to be more aware of the need to communicate effectively with customers and act in a more professional manner.

BUT lets keep it SIMPLE - AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
For the €20 or €30 you saving, avoid the headache & support one of the other suppliers like Corrib, Top Oil etc!!!

Had ordered oil from right price oil put in a date for delivery (( was confirmed for a Saturday )) stayed in all day , when I rang on the Monday to see why 🙂‍↔️ No delivery was told driver ran out of oil ,, I was not notified at all till I rang on Monday very disappointing , had to ring back a few times on the Monday to get up date as no one from right price oil was getting back to me 😡

Delighted with this company. Ordered it on a Wednesday night got it at 8am Thursday. I was texted to tell me it would be delivered at that time and it was . Declan the driver was spot on .

Today the company delivered heating oil for our neighbour. When the driver turned around at the end of our estate, he ruined my front lawn.
I am not able to contact directly with the company, phone number does not work, e-mail address not available. I have picture and videos about the damages.

Ordered oil at 11 pm on Sunday night, delivered by 2.30 pm on Monday. Excellent service. (Galway county). Best price available.

The driver was friendly and rang me 10 min before he arrived as I requested. Took 5 minutes to fill up the tank. Next day delivery worked out fine for me

I have spent over €1000 with this oil company this year alone. And when I purchased oil again off them, my oil lid had blown off with the storm which they couldn’t give me the oil and told me on the 2nd October that they issued me a refund. After a lot of back and forth and constantly telling me it was my fault and an issue with my bank that I hadn’t received the money which was €458. On the 15th October I had to ring them again and only then did they take accountability for their mistake. They gave me no compensation for the delay in the money back my account. I have a small baby and I needed the refund to get oil to heat my house and not as much as a cent in an apology for their mistake I’m currently waiting 2 weeks now for the return of the refund. I’m desperately disappointed in this company as I have been a loyal customer to them and they didn’t have any consideration for my family or the business I have given them.

I ordered 1000 litre kerosene on Sunday from them. Delivery date in the email was Monday. In the afternoon, just for sure, called Klass Oil to ask for the time. Without a problem, she checked my Order number and gave the new delivery date. Because the computer can't do it correctly due to number of deliveries. Next day checked my Tank because someone stated, the driver was rude and not willing filling the rest in drums when the tank is full. I had more in my tank than expected, and 1000 litres are far too much. So, I called her again and ask for cancellation. She agreed, and I had my money back a few days later. Friendly and attentive contact is all I can say. Just keep yourself in mind, how you're calling into the woods same way it calls back to you.
