Oil delivery is 4 days late. They don't give out a phone number or respond to emails. No idea when or if the oil will arrive. Would strongly advise anyone considering to order from clickoil to go somewhere which offers a contact line, even if it costs a little bit extra.

The 2nd March 2026 I was quoted €487.87 for 500 Litres of kerosene which I order at that time for that price,
I waited 2 weeks for delivery,
To my surprise when I checked my bank account they had over charged me, Also My tank only took 425 Litres they actually charged me €520 for just less amount,
Since I notice this on my bank account I have emailed them twice and to date I still have not since received a reply,
I’m so disappointed and need to warn people to check your bank account,As what your quoted at point of order doesn’t reflect on Delivery

Ordered 1,000 liters online at 10.30 last night. Delivered by Declan this morning at 9am. Great service from Click Oil and Declan the driver. I have been using Click Oil for a couple of years now and always great service and a fair price

Been using Clickoil for more than a year now. Their prices are always competitive, online ordering is a breeze and never had any issues with delivery on the agreed upon date. I always get a call about 15-30 minutes before delivery and always get a call if they're running late.

Order placed 14th January 2026.. Just after receiving a delivery of kerosene on 16th as arranged.. Nice delivery guy Declan rang to say he was on the way and sure enough 15 minutes later my oil was delivered

ClickOil Heating Oil Delivery – Serious Discrepancy, No Accountability

We recently ordered 1,000 litres of heating oil from ClickOil, and what has followed feels like we’ve been scammed.

Here are the facts:

Before delivery, our 1,300-litre tank contained approximately 280 to 290 litres.

After the delivery, the tank was only around 3/4 full – far from what it should be.

No delivery docket was provided.

The driver never contacted us to confirm he was at the correct property.

To measure oil levels, we use a 4ft dip stick, where each inch equates to roughly 26–27 litres. After the supposed 1,000-litre delivery, the current dip measurement indicates the tank holds just under 1,000 litres total – meaning we’ve only received around 650-700 litres, not the full 1,000.

That’s a shortfall of 300-350 litres – which we paid for.

Despite raising these concerns, we’ve been told the full amount was delivered, with no explanation and no evidence to support that claim.

This feels like a scam, and we are urging ClickOil to address the following:

Why was no docket or receipt left?

Why did the driver fail to make contact or verify the address?

Why does the measured oil level clearly not match the amount paid for?

This isn't just poor service — it raises serious questions about accuracy and accountability. We expect a proper investigation and a transparent resolution.

I placed an order for 400ltrs, 345e was deducted from my bank account last Thursday. Driver rang me that day saying the tank only took 312ltrs and the money would be credited to my bank account. Today is Monday and instead of crediting my account with the extra 50/60e they deducted another 280e. I emailed and no response and there's no contact number except the one in Belfast and it keeps ringing out. I won't buy from Clickoil.ie again and would prefer to spend an extra 20 or 30e from a more competent company who understands how to credit accounts instead of just deducting extra amounts. Very disappointed.

Company is a joke. I am a registered plumber working in a plumbing and heating company. I was away for work while my mother in law was in the house waiting for oil. Ordered marked gas oil cause my system is made for that. Can't be using kerosene. Driver decided to put kerosene in and ruined the central heating system. No telephone number to call,waiting for an answer on the email. Won't be using them again and the worst problem is..because of their mistake who will pay for removal of kerosene,sorting out of the system and filling with proper oil

Placed an order for heating oil with them today, for same day delivery, received a notification that my order was received and I'd get detailed information once it got into their system.
8 hours later, still no information on anything, wrote an email to their sales department, no response, no response either to Facebook messages.

Now I'm out 400 euros and out of heating oil
